虚拟产业集群创新网络中知识转移影响因素实证研究

【摘要】：摘要：当前,区域经济的发展水平,成为国家经济实力的重要体现。产业集群成为推动区域经济发展的有效模式。我国的区域经济实现持续增长,但是也出现了诸多急待解决的问题：(1)多数产业集群自主创新能力不足,无法形成自身的技术优势,没有形成全球知名品牌产业集群,整体实力有待提升；(2)部分传统产业集群出现“锁定效应”,区域技术创新效率呈下降趋势,集群面临解体、转型或升级。随着全球知识经济的兴起,技术创新呈现高风险和协同化；知识要素成为产业集群发展的决定性因素。利用现代通信、网络技术,实现创新知识资源的跨区域整合、加快知识转移,提升产业集群技术创新能力,成为园区管理、企业经营必须解决的问题。因此,从创新网络的视角去分析影响虚拟产业集群知识转移的影响因素,探索虚拟化背景下的知识转移有效路径,提升虚拟产业集群的技术创新能力及绩效；通过对虚拟集群创新网络知识转移影响因素分析,使研究更接近于知识转移的真实状况,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本研究以集群创新网络知识转移为研究对象,选取虚拟产业集群,作为特殊视角,利用社会网络理论、复杂网络理论等深入探索虚拟集群创新网络特性,并对知识经济背景下虚拟集群创新网络知识转移影响因素进行分析。在理论分析的基础上,以情境因素为调节变量,企业规模等为控制变量构建知识转移影响因素模型,并做出相应假设；选取不同区域较成熟的产业集群进行数据收集,采用SPSS13.0对数据进行信度和效度分析,采用AMOS7.0对复杂多变量进行因子分析,路径分析,从而对虚拟集群创新网络知识转移影响因素提供更深层次的理解。本文主要创新工作如下： (1)本研究依据复杂网络理论、产业集群理论及相关的知识转移理论,探讨了知识经济背景下,虚拟产业集群创新网络所具有的特性；从创新的角度去研究虚拟产业集群的知识转移及其影响因素,把知识转移嵌入在复杂创新网络中去探寻实现有效知识转移的途径,研究更加接近现实、具有较强的实用性。 (2)构建虚拟集群创新网络知识转移影响多因素结构模型。将传统的知识转移研究中的“知识源一知识接受方”两元结构,赋予新的内涵(非同质网络节点)与影响知识转移的虚拟集群创新网络的二维(结构和关系)特性相结合,融合嵌入知识转移活动中的情境因素,构建了多角度、多主体知识转移影响因素模型,对已有的研究进行了突破,使影响因素分析更全面、更接近实际。 (3)从实证分析的角度揭示虚拟集群创新网络特性影响知识转移效果的内在机理。在问卷设计中把创新网络的结构特性和关系特性进行量化,并通过实证数据分析验证了假设；本研究选取调查对象为发展较为成熟的、具有一定代表性的产业集群,涉及不同区域、多个行业。最后,在对虚拟产业集群创新网络知识转移影响因素实证分析的基础上,从完善创新网络、培育核心企业、建立信任及信誉评价体系三角度提出了建议。研究结论对为区域经济管理者制定地方经济发展政策、工业园区建设、主导产业发展等具有一定的参考价值；为促进虚拟产业集群创新网络知识转移提供了理论支撑,对于丰富知识转移与创新网络理论具有一定的价值和意义。
[Abstract]:Abstract : At present , the development level of regional economy has become an important reflection of national economic strength . Industrial cluster has become an effective mode to promote regional economic development .
( 2 ) Some traditional industrial clusters have " locking effect " , the efficiency of regional technological innovation is declining trend , the cluster is faced with disintegration , transformation or upgrade . With the rise of the global knowledge economy , technological innovation presents high risk and synergy ;
The knowledge element becomes the decisive factor in the development of industrial clusters . With modern communication and network technology , the cross - regional integration of innovative knowledge resources is realized , knowledge transfer is accelerated , the technological innovation ability of industrial clusters is promoted , and the problems that influence the knowledge transfer of virtual industry clusters are analyzed from the perspective of innovation network , and the effective path of knowledge transfer under the background of virtualization is explored , and the technological innovation ability and performance of virtual industrial clusters are improved ;
By analyzing the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in virtual cluster innovation network , the research is closer to the real situation of knowledge transfer , which has important theoretical value and practical significance .

Based on the theory analysis , the paper constructs knowledge transfer influencing factor model for the control variables based on the situational factors as the adjustment variables and the enterprise scale , and makes corresponding assumptions .
Based on the analysis of the reliability and validity of the data collected from different regions with different regions , SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data . Using AMOS7.0 , the factor analysis and path analysis were used to provide a deeper understanding of the factors affecting the knowledge transfer of virtual cluster innovation network .

The main innovations of this paper are as follows :

( 1 ) According to complex network theory , industrial cluster theory and relevant knowledge transfer theory , the paper discusses the characteristics of virtual industrial cluster innovation network under the background of knowledge economy ;
The knowledge transfer of virtual industrial cluster and its influencing factors are studied from the viewpoint of innovation , and knowledge transfer is embedded in the complex innovation network to explore the way to realize effective knowledge transfer , and the research is closer to reality and has stronger practicability .

( 2 ) To construct the multi - factor structure model of knowledge transfer in virtual cluster innovation network , combining the two - dimensional structure of knowledge acceptor in traditional knowledge transfer research , giving new connotation ( non - homogeneous network node ) and two - dimensional ( structure and relationship ) characteristics of virtual cluster innovation network influencing knowledge transfer , combining the contextual factors embedded in knowledge transfer activity , constructing multi - angle and multi - body knowledge transfer influencing factor model , and making breakthrough to existing research , making the analysis of influencing factors more comprehensive and closer to reality .

( 3 ) From the perspective of the empirical analysis , the paper reveals the intrinsic mechanism of the virtual cluster innovation network characteristic which influences the knowledge transfer effect . In the design of the questionnaire , the structure characteristics and the relationship characteristics of the innovative network are quantified , and the hypothesis is verified by the empirical data analysis ;
The research object of this study is to develop more mature and representative industrial clusters , which involve different regions and multiple industries .

Finally , based on the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the innovation network knowledge transfer in the virtual industry cluster , the paper puts forward some suggestions from perfecting the innovation network , cultivating the core enterprise , establishing the trust and reputation evaluation system . The conclusion is of reference value to the development of local economic development policies , industrial park construction and leading industry development for regional economic managers .
It provides theoretical support to promote the knowledge transfer of virtual industrial cluster innovation network , and has certain value and significance for rich knowledge transfer and innovation network theory .
