【摘要】：划小经营单元是以更多的小单位为管理对象,核算其投入和产出,并根据产出效益进行利益分配。A电信企业借鉴外部成功经验,结合企业自身情况,探索出"划好责任田、选好责任人、建好责任制、做好服务支撑"的划小经营单元推进模式。
