山西移动工程项目绩效影响因素分析

【摘要】:研究目的 本研究的主要目的在研究项目内外因素与项目管理控制工具对项目管理绩效之间的影响程度,希望借此研究,了解与山西移动类似的通信运营企业的各级主管,在执行项目时,有哪些因素,会对项目的管理控制和成果产生影响,探讨影响项目管理的因素,并为今后山西移动的工程项目管理提供参考,提高山西移动的工程管理水平。研究方法 本研究参考国内外学者的研究将影响项目管理的因素分为项目本身的内在因素与项目的外在因素,并结合山西移动实际,对项目管理控制工具所含的几个因素也加以分析。本研究采用定量分析与均值统计相结合的方法进行,研究数据通过专家访谈与问卷调查获取。研究发现 与传统的项目绩效研究相比,本研究首次将三种影响因素在运营商中进行运用,发现在健全的项目内在因素与良好的外的在因素之下,结合合适的项目的管理控制工具控制才能有效提升项目绩效。提出了影响山西移动工程项目绩效的关键因素,并对这些内外在因素对于项目的影响程度及方式,通过专家访谈及调查佐证,得出相关结论,将有助于帮助企业了解在项目管理方面的经验与不足,拟定良好项目管理策略,有效达成企业的运营目标。 实践意义 本研究通过对具有多年通信工程管理经验的访谈,对影响项目绩效的内外因素及项目管理控制工具进行了分析,为山西移动今后的各种不同专业的工程管理实践提供了有价值的参考。研究限制 本研究仅以个案分析方式来印证项目的内外因素及管理控制工具对于项目绩效的影响,但是对于各因素之间的相互关连并未探讨,建议后续研究可就各因素问关系作更精确的分析研究,以对各项因素间互动影响作更细致的观察,提出对项目管理更好的解决方案。同时,本研究的案例范围仅局限于移动通信工程领域,对其他领域的项目可能适用性较差。 原创性价值 本研究首次针对山西移动的项目管理绩效进行内外因素及管控工具影响分析,可以为自己及山西移动工程管理的相关同事提供实际参考,为提高我们整体的项目管理水平提供一定的基础依据。同时,在部门协调方面,在制度建设方面,提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Objective the main purpose of this study is to study the influence of project internal and external factors and project management control tools on project management performance. To understand the managers at all levels of the communication operation enterprises similar to Shanxi Mobile, and what factors are involved in the implementation of the project, which will have an impact on the management control and results of the project, and explore the factors that affect the project management. It also provides reference for the project management of Shanxi Mobile in the future and improves the engineering management level of Shanxi Mobile. The research methods this study refers to the domestic and foreign scholars' research will affect the project management factors are divided into the project itself and the external factors of the project, and combined with the reality of Shanxi Mobile, Several factors contained in the project management control tools are also analyzed. This study adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and mean value statistics, and the data are obtained by expert interview and questionnaire survey. Compared with the traditional project performance research, this study first applies three kinds of influencing factors to the operators, and finds that the internal factors of the sound project and the good external factors are under the conditions. In order to improve the project performance effectively, the management and control tools can be used to control the project. This paper puts forward the key factors that affect the performance of Shanxi Mobile Project, and draws the relevant conclusions through the expert interview and investigation, as well as the influence degree and method of these internal and external factors on the project. It will help enterprises to understand the experience and shortcomings in project management, develop good project management strategies, and effectively achieve the operational objectives of the enterprise. The practical significance of this study through many years of communication engineering management experience interviews, the impact of the project performance of the internal and external factors and project management control tools are analyzed. Shanxi Mobile for the future of various professional engineering management practices to provide a valuable reference. The study limits this study to confirm the impact of internal and external factors and management control tools on project performance by case study, but the interrelationship between these factors is not explored. It is suggested that further study can make a more accurate analysis of the relationship between factors, make a more detailed observation of the interaction between the factors, and put forward a better solution to the project management. At the same time, the case scope of this study is limited to the field of mobile communication engineering, which may be less applicable to other fields. The original value of this study is the first time to analyze the internal and external factors and management tools of Shanxi Mobile Project Management performance, which can provide practical reference for myself and colleagues of Shanxi Mobile Project Management. In order to improve our overall project management level to provide a certain basis. At the same time, in the coordination of departments, in the construction of the system, to provide a certain reference.
