共享经济的发展与政策推进——以杭州市为例

【摘要】：作为一种新的产业领域和经济形态,共享经济的运行和发展正在日益引起人们的关注。各地政府也在积极推进这一导向的经济发展,并制订了一系列的相关政策。这些政策的制订需要应对共享经济发展的关键问题,包括利益协调、平台建设、技术条件的完善、创新激励以及公共服务的匹配等要点。杭州市政府在推动共享经济的发展与运行方面进行了有益的实践探索,提供了一些可资借鉴的经验。本文结合这些经验对共享经济发展的一些关键问题展开讨论,为共享经济的有序发展提出了一些政策建议。
[Abstract]:As a new industrial field and economic form, the operation and development of shared economy are attracting more and more attention. Local governments are also actively promoting this-oriented economic development, and formulated a series of related policies. These policies need to deal with the key issues in the development of the shared economy, including coordination of interests, platform building, improvement of technical conditions, innovation incentives and matching of public services. The Hangzhou municipal government has carried on the beneficial practice exploration in the aspect of promoting the development and operation of the sharing economy, and has provided some useful experience for reference. Based on these experiences, this paper discusses some key problems in the development of shared economy, and puts forward some policy suggestions for the orderly development of shared economy.
