互联网企业商业模式创新路径——基于分化的视角

【摘要】:随着大数据技术的迅猛发展与应用,互联网企业经营策略逐渐成为商业模式研究中新的研究方向,互联网企业商业模式创新路径成为理论界与企业界关注的热点议题。结合已有研究,通过对互联网企业商业模式创新文献的理论分析与述评,基于分化的视角指出互联网企业商业模式创新内在逻辑机制。研究表明:分化驱使互联网企业通过预测消费者行为模式而得以服务创新,通过获得超额的消费者价值实现竞争力创新,且在大数据的支撑下,消费价值得以创新。同时,互联网企业商业模式创新的路径主要有:创新互联网企业价值诉求、再造互联网企业业务流程、升级互联网企业收益模式和重构互联网企业战略协同效应。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and application of big data technology, Internet business strategy has gradually become a new research direction in the research of business model. Based on the previous research, this paper points out the internal logical mechanism of Internet business model innovation from the perspective of differentiation through the theoretical analysis and review of the literature on business model innovation of Internet enterprises. The research shows that differentiation drives Internet enterprises to innovate in service by predicting consumer behavior patterns, and to achieve competitive innovation by obtaining excess consumer value, and under the support of big data, consumer value can be innovated. At the same time, the ways to innovate the business model of Internet enterprises are as follows: innovating the value demands of Internet enterprises, reinventing the business processes of Internet enterprises, upgrading the profit models of Internet enterprises and reconstructing the strategic synergy effects of Internet enterprises.
