[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the study of human resource performance appraisal has become one of the core competitive elements of the long-term development of enterprises. Therefore, more and more enterprises will enhance the management of human resources performance appraisal to a strategic level to examine. However, how to establish a scientific, systematic and efficient performance appraisal system, and then provide timely and effective incentives to the people or departments who have completed the task efficiently, so as to stimulate their enthusiasm to work hard and to work as a team. Has become the current business community to solve the urgent problem. In view of the performance appraisal content of M communication branch, on the basis of deeply studying the relevant theory of performance and the basic elements and characteristics of the performance appraisal system, this paper studies and improves the present situation of performance management of M communication branch. And the research results in M communication branch for the application of research. The specific research contents are as follows: in chapter one, the background of this thesis is first expounded; secondly, on the basis of summarizing the research results of performance appraisal and performance management at home and abroad, the significance and purpose of this paper are put forward. Finally, the main research content and chapter arrangement of the thesis are introduced. In the second chapter, the basic theories and contents related to performance appraisal are studied and analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of performance evaluation index improvement research in M Communication Branch. In the third chapter, on the basis of studying the present situation of M Communication Branch performance Appraisal, the problems in M Communication Branch performance Appraisal system are further analyzed, and the main existing problems are analyzed. Provide guidance for M communication branch performance appraisal and performance management improvement below. In the fourth chapter, the improvement of M communication branch performance appraisal index is studied, and the performance appraisal system of M communication branch marketing department is subdivided by the design of performance appraisal index system. M communication branch marketing staff performance evaluation indicators were re-selected. Finally, the paper puts forward the calculation scheme of the weight of the performance appraisal index through (AHP), which provides the basis for the selection of the key performance index (KPI). In the fifth chapter, the above research results are applied to the performance appraisal management of the marketing department of M Communication Branch, which solves the unreasonable situation of the application of the existing performance appraisal index, and verifies the scientific nature and rationality of the research.
