信息化环境下中小互联网企业的人力资源管理研究

【摘要】:当前时代背景下,企业的人力资源管理很大程度上受企业自身现有管理体系的影响,而企业的组织建构与管理模式,则成为人力资源管理的决定性因素。中小互联网企业的组织建构及管理模式多较为简单,集中化组织结构特点突出,对于人力资源信息化管理而言,这种管理组织结构模式,无法满足信息化环境下的人力资源管理需求,因而也必然对企业的长远战略发展造成一定的制约,限制企业人力资源管理水平的提升。企业实施人力资源管理应当根据环境的需要做出相应的改进,在信息化环境下对企业人力资源管理实施创新和改革,应当结合信息化的环境,实施运作机制的改进,是目前企业人力资源管理发展的必然选择。随着互联网行业的发展,中小互联网企业面临的竞争压力不断加剧,企业管理水平面临较大的不足,为此本文从中小互联网企业的人力资源管理作为研究视角,对其在管理优化做出研究。本文以人力资源管理的基本理论为依据,通过文献资料法、案例研究等研究方法,对我国中小互联网企业的人力资源管理现状展开全面的研究。通过文献资料法收集了大量课题相关资料与数据,并对这些资料与数据展开分析,以明确信息化环境下人力资源管理模式及运作机制的理论基础,对人力资源定义、核心理念及目标与任务进行了基本论述。然后以此为基础分析信息化环境下的企业人力资源运作机制,并通过案例研究法对南昌Z企业展开案例分析,使研究理论得以与实践有机结合,为我国中小互联网企业提供更加有效的参考。本文的主要内容如下:首先对课题的研究背景、意义、目的、方法、思路与内容进行基本叙述,整理国内外相关研究观点,分析当前研究的成果与不足;其次对对课题研究的相关概念展开分析,梳理现代企业管理中的人力资源定义、核心理念及目标与任务等基本理论信息,明确信息化环境下的企业管理基本的运作机制、职能体系与管理方法;再次以当前信息化环境为背景,对企业管理运行机制展开全面分析,在企业管理总体情况分析的基础上明确当前人力资源管理中存在的问题,并深入分析问题的成因;最后,针对当前的人力资源管理的问题与不足提出信息化环境下中小互联网企业人力资源管理优化方案,依次明确和论述了中小互联网企业信息化环境下的人力资源管理规划总体思路、管理体系准备任务、管理体系的构建,以及完善人力资源管理实施保障机制。另外,在以上研究基础上进行案例分析,通过南昌Z企业人力资源管理展开全面分析,依次对其人力资源管理中的问题与原因进行分析和研究,并根据以上研究结果对南昌Z企业的人力资源管理优化提出相应的改进方案,以证实本文针对人力资源管理优化方案相关研究的现实性价值。通过对本课题的研究,得出在信息化环境下,中小互联网企业应当根据自身的管理需求对人力资源管理模式进行优化与改进,建立起新的运作机制,以更好的促进企业的可持续的战略发展规划不断推进。当前环境下互联网企业的人力资源环境改革,从环境视角出发实施优化改进是极为必要的。在准备工作方面,建立完善的管理团队和明确的权责体系,明确信息化人力资源管理的改革方向及规划,都是最为基本的条件;在实施人力资源管理体系建设实施,坚持统一管理、坚持对核心功能模块的合理设计;在完善管理实施保障机制方面,针对人力资源管理建立信息化评价反馈机制,推进管理体系及企业文化的优化建设,同时关注企业培训机制的完善,都是当前企业在人力资源管理方面的主要任务。
[Abstract]:Under the current background of the times, the human resource management of enterprises is largely influenced by the existing management system of the enterprises themselves, and the organizational construction and management mode of enterprises become the decisive factor of human resource management. As far as human resource information management is concerned, this kind of management organizational structure mode can not meet the needs of human resource management under the information environment, so it will inevitably restrict the long-term strategic development of enterprises and restrict the promotion of human resource management level. Corresponding improvements should be made to implement innovation and reform of enterprise human resource management under the information environment. It is an inevitable choice for the development of enterprise human resource management to combine the information environment with the improvement of operation mechanism. This paper studies the management optimization of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises from the perspective of human resource management. Based on the basic theory of human resource management, this paper studies the human resource management of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises in China through literature, case studies and other research methods. This paper collects a large number of relevant data and data of the subject through the method of documentation, and analyzes them in order to clarify the theoretical basis of human resource management mode and operation mechanism under the information environment, and discusses the definition, core concepts, objectives and tasks of human resources. Based on the analysis of the operation mechanism of enterprise human resources under the information environment, and through case study method to carry out case analysis of Nanchang Z enterprise, so that the research theory can be combined with practice organically, providing more effective reference for small and medium-sized Internet enterprises in China. Secondly, it analyzes the related concepts of the subject, combs the basic theoretical information of human resources definition, core concepts, objectives and tasks in modern enterprise management, and defines the enterprises in the information environment. The basic operation mechanism, function system and management method of the management; Again, taking the current information environment as the background, the enterprise management operation mechanism is comprehensively analyzed, and the problems existing in the current human resources management are clarified on the basis of the analysis of the overall situation of the enterprise management, and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth; finally, the current human resources are analyzed. The problems and shortcomings of source management put forward the optimization scheme of human resource management in small and medium-sized Internet enterprises under the informationization environment. The overall idea of human resource management planning in the informationization environment of small and medium-sized Internet enterprises, the preparatory tasks of management system, the construction of management system and the improvement of human resource management implementation guarantee machine are clarified and discussed in turn. In addition, on the basis of the above study, the case analysis is carried out, and the problems and causes of human resource management in Nanchang Z enterprise are analyzed and studied in turn. According to the above research results, the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward for the optimization of human resource management in Nanchang Z enterprise to confirm this policy. Through the study of this topic, it is concluded that in the information environment, small and medium-sized Internet enterprises should optimize and improve the human resources management model according to their own management needs, and establish a new operating mechanism to better promote the sustainable development of enterprises strategy. It is essential to optimize and improve the human resource environment of Internet enterprises from the environmental perspective. In the preparation work, the establishment of a sound management team and a clear system of responsibilities and responsibilities, and the clarification of the reform direction and planning of information-based human resource management are the most basic conditions.
