实名制的强制与宽容

【摘要】：正在网络信息环境中,匿名制酿成的网络谩骂、网络谣言、网络欺诈和人身攻击,造成无数媒体伤害,公共利益和公民权利屡受其戮。现在不是讨论要不要网络实名制的问题,而是商讨在具备条件的网络领域如何强制推行实名制,切实保护公民的正当言论自由。现在也不是什么人愿意不愿意实行
[Abstract]:In the network information environment, anonymous system of network abuse, network rumors, network fraud and personal attacks, resulting in numerous media harm, public interest and civil rights are repeatedly destroyed. It is not a question of whether we should have a real name system on the Internet, but rather how to enforce the real name system in the qualified network field to protect citizens' legitimate freedom of speech. And it's not whether anyone is willing to do it right now.
