跨国通信设备公司横向并购效果研究

【摘要】:现代通信技术在世界范围内已经经过了百余年的发展历程,从最初的专用设备到现在的全民普及,从老式的大型中转机到现在的高精尖的设备,可以说通信设备的发展历史就是人类文明社会发展历史的缩影。伴随着通信设备事业的发展,通信设备公司之间的竞争也从未停止过,其竞争的内容和手段可以说是与时俱进。特别是在通信需求猛增的近现代,在通信技术高速发展的世界范围趋势影响下,通信设备公司的发展可谓赢来了前所未有的机遇,同时也进一步加剧了通信设备公司之间的竞争态势,而并购就成为了通信设备公司竞争的新手段。也就是我们平时所说的市场规律中的“大鱼吃小鱼”。这样的竞争造成了新的格局与新的通信服务产业调整,设备公司之间的横向并购可以说是现代通信也发展的一大特点,其影响较为深远,与我们每一个人的生活均息息相关。 跨国通讯设备公司之间的竞争早已不在局限于技术与价格战的层面,虽然技术创新依旧是一张王牌,低廉的价格依旧是市场利器。资本力量的介入、上下游产业的相互影响、全球总体经济环境的走向,都成为通信设备公司竞争中的重要因素。本论文将通过典型案例分析、竞争理论分析等各方面,从几个典型的角度出发,来深入论述通信设备公司近年来愈加频繁的并购现象,并揭示出这种现象所蕴含的未来发展趋势和对用户的最终影响。
[Abstract]:Modern communication technology has gone through more than a hundred years of development in the world, from the original specialized equipment to the popularization of the whole people now, from the old-fashioned large-scale turnaround to the current sophisticated equipment. It can be said that the history of communication equipment development is the epitome of the history of human civilization. With the development of communication equipment industry, the competition among communication equipment companies has never stopped, the content and means of competition can be said to keep pace with the times. Especially under the influence of the rapid development of communication technology in the modern times and the rapid development of communications technology, the development of communication equipment companies has won unprecedented opportunities. At the same time, it also intensifies the competition situation among communication equipment companies, and M & A becomes a new means of communication equipment companies competition. That is, we usually say the market law of the "big fish eat small fish." This kind of competition has caused the new pattern and the new communication service industry adjustment, the horizontal merger and acquisition between the equipment companies can be said to be a major characteristic of the development of modern communication, its influence is more far-reaching, and it is closely related to the life of every one of us. The competition among multinational communication equipment companies is no longer confined to the level of technology and price war, although technological innovation is still a trump card, low price is still a market weapon. The intervention of capital forces, the mutual influence of upstream and downstream industries, and the trend of global economic environment all become important factors in the competition of communication equipment companies. In this paper, through the typical case analysis, competition theory analysis and other aspects, from several typical points of view, to discuss the communication equipment companies in recent years more frequent M & A phenomenon. And reveal the future trend of this phenomenon and the ultimate impact on users.
