数字经济:传统经济深度转型的经济学逻辑

【摘要】：近年来,以"互联网+"为核心的数字经济快速发展,大大提升了我国经济质量,带动了经济持续向前发展。数字经济之所以能够快速发展并实现"弯道超车",是因为它依托我国人口众多的消费红利,并全面地改变着传统经济模式:从微观上看,数字经济融合了"规模经济"和"范围经济",颠覆了传统企业的盈利模式;从中观上看,数字经济通过机制创新改变了市场结构,使买卖双方近乎在完全竞争的市场上完成交易;宏观上看,数字经济通过大数据应用正在拓展经济计划配置资源的边界,促进政府与市场的融合。这些新的变化要求政府跟上创新节奏,提供优质的公共服务,缩小数字鸿沟,倡导数字伦理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of the digital economy with the Internet as the core has greatly improved the quality of China's economy and promoted the sustained development of the economy. The reason why the digital economy can develop rapidly and realize "detour overtaking" is that it relies on the huge consumption dividend of our country and changes the traditional economic model in an all-round way: from the micro point of view, The digital economy combines "economies of scale" and "economies of scope", upsetting the profit model of traditional enterprises. From a meso point of view, the digital economy has changed the market structure through mechanism innovation. From the macro point of view, the digital economy, through big data's application, is expanding the boundaries of economic planning and allocating resources and promoting the integration of the government and the market. These new changes require governments to keep up with innovation, provide quality public services, narrow the digital divide and advocate digital ethics.
