XX移动渠道建设现状及对策研究

【摘要】:近年来,金融危机所导致的经济不景气一直影响着成都平原西南角的一座新兴城市,而位于这座城市的XX移动公司也在日益激烈的电信行业竞争中寻求经济增长点。为了响应中国移动集团公司提出的战略转型思想——由移动通信专家转型为移动信息专家,XX移动公司开始了一系列努力。渠道变革是否有效,对于XX移动公司战略转型能否成功具有决定性作用。本文通过对国内外知名电信企业渠道建设经验的分析,归纳总结电信企业渠道的特点以及渠道的发展趋势,根据XX移动公司渠道建设的原则以及整体建设目标,采用实地调研法、访谈法、资料分析法、实证分析法等多种方法相结合的分析方法,充分分析了XX移动在渠道建设方面存在的问题,并分析这些问题,提出相对应的解决方案,解决了目前渠道建设中存在的问题,并通过新的解决方案最终实现XX移动的业务增长。同时,本文通过提出对XX移动公司建立星级渠道管理方法,实现对渠道的有效管理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the recession caused by the financial crisis has affected a new city in the southwest corner of the Chengdu Plain, where XX Mobile is also looking for growth in the increasingly competitive telecoms industry. In response to the strategic transformation idea put forward by China Mobile Group, XX Mobile started a series of efforts to transform mobile communication experts into mobile information experts. Whether the channel reform is effective or not is decisive to the success of the strategic transformation of XX Mobile Company. Based on the analysis of the channel construction experience of well-known telecom enterprises at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the characteristics and development trend of the channel, according to the principles of channel construction and the overall construction objectives of XX mobile company. By using the methods of field investigation, interview, data analysis, empirical analysis and so on, this paper fully analyzes the problems existing in the channel construction of XX mobile, and analyzes these problems, and puts forward corresponding solutions. The existing problems in channel construction are solved, and XX mobile business growth is finally realized through new solutions. At the same time, this paper puts forward the establishment of star channel management method for XX Mobile Company to achieve effective channel management.
