【摘要】：正国务院17日发布《国务院关于印发"宽带中国"战略及实施方案的通知》。通知提出了两个阶段性发展目标,即:到2015年,基本实现城市光纤到楼入户、农村宽带进乡入村,固定宽带家庭普及率达到50%,第三代移动通信及其长期演进技术(3G/LTE)用户普及率达到32.5%,行政村通宽带比例达到95%,学校、图书馆、医院等公益机构基本实现宽带接入;城市和农村家庭宽带接入能力基本达到20兆比特每秒(Mbps)和4Mbps,部分发达城市达到100Mbps;宽带应
