从英国“客邮”撤出看近代中西关系的复杂层面——以广东省档案馆藏文献为基础

【摘要】：对于近代中外关系,学界至今缺乏对其丰富层面的关注。广东省档案馆藏近代邮政专卷表明,在英国"客邮"撤出中国的过程中,中英双方不仅存在着维护各自利益的交涉斗争,而且展开了更多内容和形式的友好合作。以广州邮政总局和香港邮政总局为媒介,双方频繁沟通,积极配合,在业务信息、人力资源、工作制度、汇票发行、邮政服务等诸多方面都有良好举措,其中虽然不乏斗争成分的交织,但以合作为主体,由此为我国邮政制度的近代化和顺利发展打下了颇好的基础。
[Abstract]:For modern Chinese-foreign relations, the academic community has not paid attention to its rich level. The collection of modern postal books in the Archives of Guangdong Province shows that during the withdrawal of Britain from China, there was not only a bargaining struggle between China and Britain to safeguard their respective interests, but also more friendly cooperation in content and form. With the Guangzhou General Post Office and the Hong Kong Post Office as the media, both sides communicate frequently, cooperate actively, and have good measures in business information, human resources, work system, draft issuance, postal services, and so on. Although there is no lack of struggle, but cooperation as the main body, which has laid a good foundation for the modernization and smooth development of China's postal system.
