山东省信息产业竞争力评价及信息化推广策略研究

【摘要】：开始于20世纪60年代的信息技术革命给世界各个行业的发展和人们的生活带来巨大影响,信息产业日益成为经济领域的重要力量。进入21世纪,信息化对经济社会发展的影响更加深刻。信息化与经济全球化相互交织,不断推动全球产业分工的深化和经济结构的调整,重塑全球经济竞争格局。加快信息化发展是世界各国的共同选择。本文从产业集群竞争、服务外包以及城市发展效率三个维度出发,综合运用经济学、管理学、计算机等学科的理论和方法,结合实地调研与对比分析等实证研究,系统分析了山东省信息产业发展状况,对信息产业集群竞争力进行评价,并提出基于城市发展效率的信息化推广策略。 论文主要内容大致包括以下几个方面: 1.运用研究产业集群竞争力的量化分析工具GEM模型,在结合济南电子信息产业本身的特点的基础上,构建了济南电子信息产业集群竞争力的评价模型,对济南电子信息产业集群的竞争力进行了评价,并提出了增强济南电子信息产业集群竞争力的对策。 2.探讨了企业和ASP之间的委托代理关系,利用委托代理理论定量研究了二者之间的博弈关系,建立了分析委托企业与ASP之间关系的理论框架。在信息不对称的条件下,研究了企业和ASP之间的博弈关系,从而得出信息企业实现效益最大化并促使ASP提供高水平的服务有效机制。 3.综合对山东省十七市经济发展水平的聚类分析和对各层次内城市经济发展效率的评价,按照经济发展水平的相似性将其划分为不同的城市群,在此基础上研究了各类城市群中城市的经济发展效率。 4.基于对城市发展效率的评价并结合实证研究,系统地分析了山东省各城市的信息化状况,并提出了信息化推广策略。
[Abstract]:The information technology revolution, which began in the 1960s, has brought great influence to the development of the world's various industries and people's lives, and the information industry has increasingly become an important force in the economic field. Entering the 21 st century, the influence of informatization on economic and social development is more profound. Informatization and economic globalization are intertwined, which promotes the deepening of global industrial division and the adjustment of economic structure, and reshapes the pattern of global economic competition. Speeding up the development of information is the common choice of all countries in the world. Based on the three dimensions of industrial cluster competition, service outsourcing and urban development efficiency, this paper combines the theories and methods of economics, management, computer and other disciplines, combined with field research and comparative analysis, and so on. This paper systematically analyzes the development situation of information industry in Shandong Province, evaluates the competitiveness of information industry cluster, and puts forward the strategy of information popularization based on the efficiency of urban development. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: 1. Based on the GEM model, which is a quantitative analysis tool to study the competitiveness of industrial clusters, and on the basis of the characteristics of Jinan electronic information industry, this paper constructs an evaluation model of the competitiveness of Jinan electronic information industry clusters. This paper evaluates the competitiveness of Jinan electronic information industry cluster, and puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of Jinan electronic information industry cluster. 2. This paper probes into the principal-agent relationship between enterprise and ASP, studies the game relation between them quantitatively by using principal-agent theory, and establishes a theoretical framework for analyzing the relationship between principal-agent enterprise and ASP. Under the condition of asymmetric information, the game relationship between enterprise and ASP is studied, and the benefit maximization of information enterprise is obtained, and the efficient mechanism of ASP providing high level of service is obtained. 3. Based on the cluster analysis of the economic development level of 17 cities in Shandong Province and the evaluation of the efficiency of urban economic development in different levels, it is divided into different urban agglomerations according to the similarity of economic development level. On this basis, the economic development efficiency of cities in various urban agglomerations is studied. 4. Based on the evaluation of urban development efficiency and empirical research, this paper systematically analyzes the informatization situation of cities in Shandong Province, and puts forward the strategy of informatization promotion.
