物联网中小企业的产品创新研究

【摘要】:物联网被誉为第三次信息革命,成为世界各国的战略制高点,各国纷纷出台政策进行战略布局。物联网火热的发展势头吸引了国内外众多企业参与其中,每个企业都想抓住机遇在市场中占领先机。但是由于物联网还处于起步阶段,行业本身在技术及应用方面的不完善给国内中小企业的发展带来了很大的挑战。 中小企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地,实现持续性发展,必须坚持创新。创新是一种基本的企业行为,是企业发展的根本动力。中小企业要在明确产业链位置、开拓市场、创立品牌的前提下,以技术创新为向导,形成完善的企业发展方向。 本文从物联网时代的大背景下中小企业的生存和发展现状入手,对国内物联网领域的产品创新政策及产业特征等进行阐述。在对技术创新、核心竞争力、价值链等相关基础理论分析的基础上,结合理论研究法、对比分析法、案例研究法等的研究方法,对物联网行业中的处于产业链上游、以RFID为核心产品的远望谷公司以及以智慧城市、智能交通、智慧医疗为主营业务、处于产业链中游的系统集成商银江股份,这两家龙头企业的产品创新及企业发展轨迹进行实证研究。希望能通过典型案例的分析,对于在当下的政策、社会、经济等环境因素下,中小科技型物联网企业的产品创新提供参考和借鉴。 本文可能的创新点在于,本文更加强调的是物联网中小企业如何在当前的政治环境下,利用政策导向,抓住市场机会,通过技术创新凝聚和提炼自己的核心竞争力,找到产品发展的行业领域,从而使企业发展壮大。
[Abstract]:The Internet of things is praised as the third information revolution and has become the strategic commanding point of the world. The hot development of Internet of things has attracted a lot of enterprises at home and abroad, each enterprise wants to seize the opportunity in the market. However, due to the Internet of things is still in its infancy, the imperfect technology and application of the industry itself has brought great challenges to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Small and medium-sized enterprises want to have a place in the fierce market competition, to achieve sustainable development, we must persist in innovation. Innovation is a basic enterprise behavior, is the fundamental driving force of enterprise development. Under the premise of making clear the position of industrial chain, opening up market and establishing brand, small and medium-sized enterprises should take technological innovation as the guide to form a perfect development direction of enterprises. This paper begins with the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of the Internet of things era, and expounds the product innovation policies and industrial characteristics in the field of Internet of things in China. On the basis of the analysis of technology innovation, core competitiveness, value chain and other related basic theories, combined with the research methods of theoretical research, comparative analysis, case study, etc., this paper aims at the upstream of the industrial chain in the Internet of things industry. Yuanwang Valley Company, which takes RFID as its core product, and Yinjiang, a system integrator in the middle of the industrial chain, which is mainly engaged in the business of smart city, intelligent transportation and intelligent medical treatment. The product innovation and enterprise development track of these two leading enterprises are studied empirically. It is hoped that through the analysis of typical cases, it can provide reference and reference for the product innovation of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises under the environmental factors such as policy, society, economy and so on. The possible innovation of this paper lies in the fact that this paper emphasizes more on how small and medium-sized enterprises in the Internet of things, under the current political environment, take advantage of policy guidance, seize market opportunities, and concentrate and refine their core competitiveness through technological innovation. Find the industry area of product development, so that the enterprise grows stronger.
