用户微信成瘾研究—影响因素与作用机制
[Abstract]:The existing studies on social media mainly focus on the positive aspects of the initial acceptance and continued use of social media, dissemination characteristics, marketing value, etc. On the negative side, scholars mainly study the use of problematic information technology. There is little focus on the negative use of social media. As the most representative social media in China, the value of WeChat has attracted the attention of scholars, but the negative use of WeChat is also worthy of attention. This paper mainly discusses the problem of user's WeChat addiction, and points out that to measure the degree of user's WeChat addiction, we need to grasp it from two aspects: psychological dependence and compulsive WeChat use, that is, the user WeChat addiction is defined as psychological dependence and compulsive WeChat use. Based on the (SRR) theory and the expectation feasible framework, the important concepts of information system, such as "habit", "satisfaction" and "convenience", are introduced. Taking the objective variable "academic background" as the regulating variable, the influencing factors and the basic mechanism of the user's WeChat addiction are discussed in depth. The subjects of this study are WeChat users in China. The variable scales are translated by international authoritative journals or modified with reference to relevant studies. A total of 341 complete and effective sample data are collected by using online and paper-pen questionnaires. In this paper, SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 17.0 software are used to test the reliability and validity of the data, and the hypothesis proposed in this study is verified by regression analysis. The results show that: WeChat habits positively affect the psychological dependence of WeChat users, and WeChat habits positively affect the compulsive use of WeChat users. The satisfaction degree of WeChat usage positively affects the user's WeChat habit, and the convenience of WeChat usage positively affects the user's WeChat satisfaction. WeChat habits play an intermediary role between users' expectation and feasibility of using WeChat and WeChat addiction. Specifically, WeChat habits play a full intermediary role between satisfaction and WeChat psychological dependence, convenience and WeChat psychological dependence. Between satisfaction and compulsive WeChat use, convenience and compulsive WeChat use play a part of the intermediary role. Educational background played a significant role in regulating the relationship between WeChat habit and psychological dependence of user WeChat, but in the relationship between WeChat habit and user compulsive WeChat usage. Based on WeChat habits, compulsive WeChat behavior is not easy to occur. To a certain extent, this study is helpful to the development of the theory of problem information technology use and social media addiction, and has certain reference and guidance significance for social media service providers and users.
