【摘要】：正智慧城市是以移动互联网、云计算、物联网等新一代信息技术为支撑,以宽带泛在互联网络和数据中心等基础设施为基础,以知识社会的创新和智能融合应用为主要内容的城市发展高级形态。在国家层面,智慧城市已经上升到国家战略高度,多部委都对智慧城市发展进行了深入研究,并制定了相关政策,来保障智慧城市的发展方向、资金投入及技术统一。
