网络信息隐私关注与网络隐私保护行为研究:以上海市大学生为研究对象

【摘要】：本文拓展运用"网络信息隐私关注"概念模型,以大学生为研究对象,运用《上海市大学生网络使用状况调查》的数据,探讨一般网络使用行为中的网络信息隐私关注、网络隐私保护行为的状况及其理论关系。研究发现,当前上海大学生普遍担心自己的网络信息隐私安全,且自认缺乏保护网络信息隐私能力;女大学生比男大学生的网络信息隐私关注度高,网龄越长的大学生网络信息隐私关注度越低;但是,网络使用频次越高的大学生网络信息隐私关注度越高;网络信息隐私关注只对隐私保护行为中的"伪造"类行为产生显著影响;对"保护"和"抑制"类行为的影响不显著;研究需引入"信任"等因素作为中介或调节变量,来检测隐私关注与隐私保护行为之间的复杂关系。
[Abstract]:This paper extends the concept model of "network information privacy concern", takes college students as the research object, and uses the data of Shanghai University students' Network use Survey to explore the network information privacy concern in the general network use behavior. The research finds that Shanghai college students are generally worried about the privacy of their network information, and they believe that they lack the ability to protect the privacy of network information. The network information privacy attention of female college students is higher than that of male college students, and the longer the network age is, the lower the network information privacy attention is, but the higher the frequency of network use, the higher the network information privacy attention of college students. Network information privacy concerns only have a significant impact on "forgery" in privacy protection, but have no significant impact on "protection" and "suppression". In order to detect the complex relationship between privacy concerns and privacy protection behavior, "trust" and other factors should be introduced as mediators or regulatory variables in order to detect the complex relationship between privacy concerns and privacy protection behaviors.
