中国ICT产业发展的低碳经济效应分析

【摘要】:基于2005-2010年省级层面的面板数据,利用STIRPAT模型实证分析城市化、工业化、信息化对碳强度的影响,发现ICT产业发展与碳强度变化呈明显背离关系,即发展ICT产业可以有效降低中国经济的碳强度。在此基础上,采用Blinder-Oaxaca方法分解各有关因素对经济发达地区和不发达地区之间碳强度差距的影响,研究结果表明ICT产业的环境绩效差异对于可解释的碳强度差距有较大影响,数字鸿沟的存在妨碍了ICT产业低碳经济效应的释放。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of provincial level from 2005 to 2010, the influence of urbanization, industrialization and informatization on carbon intensity is empirically analyzed by using STIRPAT model, and it is found that the development of ICT industry deviates obviously from the change of carbon intensity. That is, the development of ICT industry can effectively reduce the carbon intensity of China's economy. On this basis, the Blinder-Oaxaca method is used to decompose the influence of various factors on the carbon intensity gap between economically developed and underdeveloped regions. The results show that the environmental performance differences of ICT industry have a great impact on the explained carbon intensity gap. The existence of digital divide hinders the release of low-carbon economic effect in ICT industry.
