美国经济新增长点与中国的应对

【摘要】：近年来,美国经济出现了四大增长点:非常规能源革命方兴未艾、先进制造业强势回归、大数据应用异军突起、基础设施建设蓄势待发。这将可能引发美国经济增长"提档"加速、世界经济发展态势转变以及国际实力格局洗牌。对中国而言,机遇略大于挑战,应研究和借鉴美国创造新增长点的经验教训,设计和打造中国经济新增长点,通过科技创新带动产业升级,以页岩革命推动能源产能和安全建设,培育和塑造中美务实合作新增长点。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the U.S. economy has four major growth points: the non conventional energy revolution just unfolding, advanced manufacturing industry strong regression, A new force suddenly rises. big data applications, infrastructure construction is gaining momentum. This will likely lead to economic growth in the United States "stall" accelerated world economic development trend and the transformation of the pattern of international strength reshuffle. China, opportunities more than a challenge, should study and learn from the American experience to create a new growth point, design and build a new economic growth point Chinese, promote industrial upgrading through technological innovation, promote energy production and safety construction in the shale revolution, cultivating and shaping our practical cooperation to a new growth point.
