【摘要】：随着改革开放进程的推进及我国虚拟经济迅速发展，我们在享受虚拟经济所带来便捷投融资的同时，也目睹了其对实体经济所带来的冲击和风险。在资本经济高速发展的今天，虚拟经济却在逐渐背离实体经济发展，其主要表现体现在对实体经济支持力度弱化、泡沫化出现价值虚高、风险向实体经济扩散等诸多问题。这些问题如果不能得到妥善的解决将会严重阻碍我国经济的健康运行，，并对我国经济平稳发展带来影响。如何让虚拟经济有效地服务实体经济，引导虚拟资本健康地运行，是目前我国经济发展阶段急需解决的问题。本文首先以马克思关于虚拟资本的理论、资本经营理论和虚拟经济理论作为基础分析了引导虚拟经济合理服务于实体经济的必要性，其次以近几年来日本、美国、冰岛等国家由于虚拟经济而发起的经济危机为借鉴，结合我国资本市场的现实，对于虚拟经济偏离实体经济问题产生的原因进行了分析：包括监督力度不够、社会保障制度不够完善、中小企业融资难、投资者的错误观念、企业负担较重、我国投资体制设置不合理等等。针对于这些原因，对虚拟经济如何更好地服务于实体经济提出了相应建议如，纠正投资者思想观念、为实体经济发展创造良好的环境、完善法律法规、加强各方面监督措施等。最后本文认为虚拟经济有效服务于实体经济是一个必要且复杂的问题，这需要社会各个层面与组织机构协同合作，需要政府、银行、企业运营者与投资者都能够参与其中，才能让该问题得到解决。
[Abstract]:With the advance of reform and opening process in China and the rapid development of virtual economy, virtual economy brings us to enjoy convenient financing at the same time, also witnessed the impact on the real economy and capital risk. In today's rapid economic development, the virtual economy has gradually deviated from the real economy, mainly reflected in the weakening of support for the real economy, the bubble inflated value of high risk, many spread to the real economy problems. If these problems cannot be solved properly will seriously hinder the healthy operation of the economy of our country, and the impact on the smooth development of China's economy. How to make the virtual economy effectively serve the real economy, fictitious capital guide healthy operation is the stage of economic development of our country urgently needs to solve the problem.
This paper takes Marx about the virtual capital theory, capital operation theory and virtual economic theory as the basis of analysis of the necessity of virtual economy reasonable guide service to the real economy, and in recent years the United States, Japan, Iceland and other countries due to the virtual economy and initiated the economic crisis for reference, combined with China's capital market reality. The reason for the real economy virtual economy departure are analyzed: including inadequate supervision, social security system is not perfect, the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, investors wrong idea, enterprise burden is heavy, the investment system in China is unreasonable and so on. For these reasons, the virtual economy and how to better serve the real economy put forward the corresponding suggestions such as investors, correct ideas, create a good environment for the development of the real economy, improve laws and regulations, strengthen the supervision Control measures, etc.
Finally, this paper argues that virtual economy effectively serves the real economy is a necessary and complex problem, which requires the cooperation of all levels of society and organization. It needs government, banks, business operators and investors to participate in it, so that the problem can be solved.
