【摘要】:消费是拉动经济增长的原动力,在市场经济发展的今天,提高人民的生活水平,丰富人民的物质文化生活,全面建成小康社会,都离不开消费。然而,人们的消费行为都是在一定的环境中进行的,环境质量是影响消费质量的一个很重要的因素。营造良好的消费环境是促进人的全面发展、保证经济良好运转和建设社会主义和谐社会的重要保证。然而中国的消费环境却不尽人意,尤其是农村的消费环境。改革开放三十多年,虽然中国农村有了快速发展,农民生活水平有了很大提升。但是农村的消费环境要远远落后于城市,存在很多问题,诸如生态环境恶化,基础设施建设落后,农村市场体系不完善等等。这些问题的存在都严重影响了农民的消费,阻碍了农村经济的发展,不利于农民的消费水平的提高。解决这些问题已经迫在眉睫。因此,对农村消费环境研究有着重要意义。 本文以马克思主义的消费经济理论和国内外专家学者关于环境发展的重要理论为研究基点,结合中国农村消费环境发展的现状,对中国农村消费环境进行研究,着重分析当前中国农村消费环境发展所面临的问题,深入探索造成这些问题的原因,最后探究改善中国农村消费环境的合理建议。 全文共分为五个部分:第1章绪论,介绍本文的研究背景与意义,分析了国内外研究现状,最后介绍了本文的创新与不足和所采用的研究方法;第2章介绍消费环境理论,为全文的研究提供了理论基础;第3章对中国农村消费环境发展取得的成就、面临的问题、以及造成这些问题的原因进行了分析;在此基础上,第4章对于改善中国农村消费环境提出了可行的建议:政府加强政策支持,加大对农村的资金投入,改善农村的基础设施建设;加强农村市场建设和管理,维护市场秩序,营造和谐消费环境;发展农村经济,,增加农民收入,完善农村社会保障体系建设,解决农民的后顾之忧;转变农民的消费观念,培养科学消费的新思路,引导农民理性消费,规范农村的消费行为。最后对全文做了总结,同时提出展望。
[Abstract]:Consumption is the driving force of economic growth, in the development of the market economy today, improve the people's living standards, enrich people's material and cultural life, build a well-off society in an all-round way, can not do without consumption. People's consumption behavior is carried out in a certain environment, environmental quality is a very important factor affecting consumption quality. To create a good consumption environment is to promote the overall development of people. The important guarantee to ensure the good operation of the economy and the construction of a harmonious socialist society. However, the consumption environment in China is not satisfactory, especially in the rural areas. The reform and opening up to the outside world has been carried out for more than 30 years. Although China's rural areas have a rapid development, farmers' living standards have been greatly improved, but the rural consumption environment is far behind the city, there are many problems, such as the deterioration of the ecological environment, backward infrastructure construction. The existence of these problems seriously affects the consumption of farmers and hinders the development of rural economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the rural consumption environment. Based on the Marxist theory of consumer economy and the important theories of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the development of the environment, this paper combines the current situation of the development of rural consumer environment in China. This paper studies the rural consumption environment in China, analyzes the problems facing the development of rural consumption environment in China, and probes into the causes of these problems. Finally, explore the reasonable suggestions to improve the rural consumption environment in China. The paper is divided into five parts: chapter 1, introduction, introduces the research background and significance of this paper, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and finally introduces the innovation and deficiency of this paper and the research methods adopted; The second chapter introduces the consumption environment theory, which provides the theoretical basis for the research of the full text; The third chapter analyzes the achievements of the development of rural consumer environment in China, the problems faced, and the causes of these problems. On this basis, the fourth chapter puts forward some feasible suggestions for improving the rural consumption environment in China: the government strengthens the policy support, increases the capital investment to the countryside, and improves the rural infrastructure construction; Strengthen rural market construction and management, maintain market order, create a harmonious consumption environment; Develop rural economy, increase farmers' income, improve the construction of rural social security system, and solve farmers' worries; This paper changes farmers' consumption concept, trains new ideas of scientific consumption, guides farmers' rational consumption and standardizes rural consumption behavior. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect at the same time.
