科技创新的内涵、新动态及对经济发展方式转变的支撑机制

【摘要】：从历史演进的角度,在深化科技创新内涵与新动态理解的基础上,探讨其促进经济发展方式转变的支撑机制。"科技创新"作为我国改革开放实践层面提出的一个新兴词汇,在继承理论经济学"科学"和"技术"基本内涵的同时,也呈现出将管理创新纳入科技创新的概念内涵、突出创新应用性用途、强调不同科技创新类型之间的协同演进的新内容。自20世纪70年代以来,科技创新展现出网络化、全球化、系统化和协同性四项新动态。基于上述理解,科技创新通过提高科技进步在经济增长中的贡献率,促进经济结构调整,提高全要素生产率三条途径支撑转变经济发展方式。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of historical evolution, on the basis of deepening the connotation and new dynamic understanding of scientific and technological innovation. This paper probes into the supporting mechanism of promoting the transformation of the mode of economic development. "Scientific and technological innovation" is a new term put forward by the practice of reform and opening up in China. While inheriting the basic connotations of "science" and "technology" in theoretical economics, it also presents the concept connotation of bringing management innovation into scientific and technological innovation, highlighting the application of innovation. Since 1970s, scientific and technological innovation has shown four new trends: networking, globalization, systematization and synergy. Scientific and technological innovation supports the transformation of the mode of economic development by increasing the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress to economic growth, promoting economic structural adjustment, and increasing total factor productivity.
