【摘要】：正腾换"蝶变"核心要义是创新驱动发展、转型升级,具体载体就是"四换三名两化融合"(包括加快腾笼换鸟、机器换人、电商换市、空间换地步伐;培育名企、名品、名家,以及工业化和信息化深度融合)。省委省政府、市委市政府都把"四换三名两化融合"工作作为推进创新驱动发展战略,加快经济转型升级的重要保证,作为当前全省、全市一项重要的工作来抓,并出台了一系列文件,用大力度的政策和举措倒逼、支持各地区和广大企业开展"四换三名两化融合"。
