关于中国对东盟直接投资对我国经济安全影响的研究

【摘要】：随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加快,对外直接投资活动不再仅限于发达国家,越来越多的发展中国家也加入到对外投资的进程中。随着对外开放水平的不断提高与经济的高速增长,我国的对外直接投资活动实现了飞跃式的发展,现在已成为世界上的第三大投资国。对外直接投资活动加深了各国之间的联系。随着世界经济的不断融合,世界各国间来往更加密切,一国的经济发展极容易受到世界经济的影响,各国政府逐渐关注在全球化背景下经济安全的问题。自中国启动与东盟建立自由贸易区以来,中国与东盟之间的往来日益密切,尤其是中国对东盟的直接投资总额实现了快速的发展。考虑到中国对东盟的投资特点以及东盟十国间经济发展水平的差异性,本文主要研究了中国对东盟直接投资对我国国家经济安全的影响,通过分析在对外开放过程中国家经济安全的影响因素,来研究中国对东盟直接投资对我国的经济增长、产业结构、贸易发展以及能源安全的影响,力求在经济安全的考虑下探讨政府和企业进行对外直接投资的意见与建议。研究发现,中国对东盟的直接投资有利于本国经济的增长,促进了产业结构的调整和贸易的良性发展,一定程度上是有利于我国国家经济安全的,并分析了相关原因,提出了建议与对策。
[Abstract]:As the process of global economic integration continues to accelerate, OFDI activities are no longer limited to developed countries. More and more developing countries are also participating in the process of outward investment. With the continuous improvement of the level of opening to the outside world and the rapid growth of the economy, China's foreign direct investment activities have achieved a leapfrog development. Now it has become the third largest investor in the world. OFDI activities have deepened the links between countries. With the continuous integration of the world economy, the exchanges between countries in the world become more and more close. The economic development of a country is vulnerable to the influence of the world economy, and the governments of various countries are gradually paying attention to the problem of economic security under the background of globalization. Since China started to establish a free trade area with ASEAN, the exchanges between China and ASEAN have become closer and closer. In particular, the total amount of direct investment from China to ASEAN has achieved rapid development, considering the characteristics of China's investment in ASEAN and the differences in the level of economic development among the ten ASEAN countries. This paper mainly studies the influence of China's direct investment in ASEAN on China's national economic security, and analyzes the influencing factors of national economic security in the process of opening up to the outside world. To study the impact of China's direct investment in ASEAN on China's economic growth, industrial structure, trade development and energy security. Under the consideration of economic security, the author tries to discuss the opinions and suggestions of the government and enterprises on foreign direct investment. The study finds that China's direct investment in ASEAN is conducive to the growth of its own economy. It promotes the adjustment of industrial structure and the benign development of trade, to a certain extent, is beneficial to the national economic security of our country, and analyzes the related reasons, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
