中国区域金融非均衡发展与区域居民收入差异的关系研究

【摘要】：统筹区域经济均衡发展，是针对我国现阶段所出现的越来越大的区域发展差距问题而提出的。要缩小地区之间的差距，，应该大力促进相对落后地区经济增长和降低区域居民收入差距。在现代经济增长中，金融在资源配置、风险管理、信息提供等方面发挥着核心作用，深化我国金融体制改革，使金融发展在更大程度上促进经济增长，从而降低区域居民收入差距，是我国亟待解决的一个问题。本文以金融发展为视角，基于面板数据模型，采用单位根检验方法、协整检验方法和误差修正模型，从全体（全国）到区域（东、中、西部）两个层面，对1978-2009年我国区域金融发展与区域居民收入差距的关系进行了实证研究，并比较分析了两者间关系在三大地区的区域差异。研究结果表明，以金融发展规模和效率作为衡量指标，全国和东部地区金融发展规模与地区收入差距之间服从Kuznets倒U型曲线条件，而在金融发展效率方面却未发现类似现象；中西部地区金融发展规模和效率与地区收入差距间的倒U型关系均不成立。对于东、西部地区而言，地区收入差距与地区金融发展效率负相关，与地区金融发展规模正相关；中部地区的收入差距与其金融发展效率正相关，与其金融发展规模负相关，地区收入差距与金融发展规模存在长期因果关系；在不同的区域条件下，金融发展与地区居民收入差距之间的关系存在区域差异。不同地区金融发展与区域收入差距间的关系取决于各地区金融发展规模和效率。根据实证检验的结果，本文在最后分别提出了推进金融区域化发展、促进东部沿海发达地区金融发展和支持中西部欠发达地区金融发展的政策建议，以期对促进区域金融协调发展，进而缩小区域居民收入差距有所帮助。
[Abstract]:To coordinate the balanced development of regional economy, it is proposed to narrow the gap between regions in view of the growing gap of regional development in our country at the present stage. In modern economic growth, finance plays a key role in resource allocation, risk management, information supply and so on. It is an urgent problem to deepen the reform of China's financial system to promote the economic growth to a greater extent and to reduce the income gap among regional residents. From the perspective of financial development, based on panel data model, this paper adopts unit root test method, cointegration test method and error correction model, from the whole (national) to the region (east, middle, west) two levels. This paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between regional financial development and income gap of regional residents in China from 1978 to 2009, and compares and analyzes the regional differences between the two in the three major regions. The results show that with the scale and efficiency of financial development as the measurement index, the relationship between the scale of financial development and regional income gap in China and the eastern region is based on the Kuznets inverted U-curve condition. However, no similar phenomenon has been found in the efficiency of financial development. The inverted U-type relationship between the scale and efficiency of financial development and regional income gap in the central and western regions is not established. For the eastern and western regions, the regional income gap is negatively related to the efficiency of regional financial development. Positive correlation with the scale of regional financial development; The income gap in the central region is positively related to its financial development efficiency and negatively related to its financial development scale. There is a long-term causal relationship between the regional income gap and the financial development scale. Under different regional conditions. There are regional differences between financial development and regional income gap, and the relationship between regional financial development and regional income gap depends on the scale and efficiency of regional financial development. According to the results of empirical test, this paper put forward the policy recommendations to promote the development of financial regionalization, to promote the financial development of the eastern coastal developed areas and to support the financial development of the underdeveloped areas in the central and western part of China at the end of this paper. In order to promote the coordinated development of regional finance, and then reduce the income gap of regional residents.
