【摘要】：当前欧亚地区一体化的进程引起诸多争论,多数学者认为,欧亚一体化进程并不现实,但欧亚经济联盟等地区组织的崛起及功能性合作的深入开展,使欧亚一体化的发展并非形式主义,欧亚各国在推动一体化合作方面虽然各有想法却并不反对。2014年在欧亚大陆出现的两场危机,改变了欧亚经济联盟的发展轨迹。乌克兰政治危机不仅让欧亚经济联盟的主导国俄罗斯遭遇西方强烈的敌对和经济制裁,也让欧亚各国认识到加速欧亚一体化一体化的风险。俄经济危机造成的影响也有可能扩散到欧亚各国,反过来加速"危机驱动一体化"。但欧亚地区一体化并不因为两场危机而加速或者减缓发展速度。欧亚经济联盟在一些领域还会继续保持一些功能合作,但在其他领域的合作则又变成形式化和仪式性。由于未来发展的不确定因素较多,欧亚地区一体化的发展前景并不明朗,欧亚经济联盟的未来也是相当不确定的。
[Abstract]:The current process of Eurasian integration has caused many controversies, most scholars believe that the process of Eurasian integration is not realistic, but the rise of regional organizations such as the Eurasian Economic Union and the in-depth development of functional cooperation. The development of Eurasian integration is not formalistic. Although the Eurasian countries have different ideas on promoting integration cooperation, they do not oppose the two crises that occurred in the Eurasian continent in 2014. Ukraine's political crisis has not only exposed Russia, the leading Eurasian economic union, to strong Western hostility and economic sanctions. It also makes the Eurasian countries aware of the risk of accelerating the integration of Europe and Asia. The impact of the Russian economic crisis may also spread to the Eurasian countries. In turn, it speeds up "crisis-driven integration." but Eurasian integration does not accelerate or slow down development because of the two crises. The Eurasian Economic Union will continue to maintain some functional cooperation in some areas. However, cooperation in other fields has become formalized and ceremonial. Due to the uncertainty of the future development, the prospect of Eurasian integration is not clear. The future of Eurasian Economic Union is also quite uncertain.
