社会资本结构维度对产学研合作绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：产学研合作是企业与学研机构进行技术创新的一种重要联盟合作形式，也是国家创新体系的重要组成部分，它推动了技术创新的实力，，缩短了创新成果市场化的时间。产学研合作的创新活动离不开组织成员拥有的良好社会关系网络，这彰显了社会资本的作用。社会资本结构维度研究了社会关系网络的结构特征，因此，深度地从社会资本结构维度对产学研合作绩效进行分析具有重要意义。本文首先介绍了社会资本结构维度，再根据产学研合作的特点界定了产学研合作的社会资本结构维度的内涵，并具体界定了产学研合作的网络关系强度、网络中心性、结构洞、网络密度和网络稳定性五个社会资本结构维度度量指标的定义与特点。其次，提出了社会资本结构维度、产学研合作的知识扩散和产学研合作绩效之间的理论假设，构建了理论假设的模型。第三，创建了社会资本结构维度对产学研合作绩效的影响的调查问卷，通过收集的样本数据运用结构方程模型对理论假设进行了验证和分析。最后，根据实证分析的结果，从充分利用网络位置、选择合适的合作伙伴、建立合理的激励机制等方面提出可以提高产学研合作绩效的建议。
[Abstract]:The research and research cooperation is an important alliance cooperation form of technological innovation between enterprises and academic research institutes , it is also an important part of the national innovation system . It promotes the strength of technological innovation and shortens the time of market - oriented innovation . The innovation activities of the research and research cooperation are inseparable from the good social relationship network owned by the organization members , which shows the social capital . Therefore , it is of great significance to analyze the performance of research and research cooperation from the dimension of social capital structure . This paper first introduces the dimension of social capital structure , defines the connotation of the social capital structure dimension of the cooperation of production and research based on the characteristics of the cooperation of production and research , and defines the definition and characteristics of the five dimensions of social capital structure in terms of network relation intensity , network centrality , structure hole , network density and network stability .
