中国企业对非洲直接投资的现状与风险化解

【摘要】：中国企业对非洲直接投资的数量不断增加,投资规模不断扩大,投资领域不断丰富,投资方式和投资主体也日趋多元化。但也出现了企业整体水平不高、对非投资调研不充分、高级经营管理人才缺乏、金融支持不足、部分企业诚信缺失等问题。加强市场调研,科学规划发展战略,提高企业管理水平,充分发挥自身独特优势,创新对非投资模式,承担企业社会责任,同时有效利用发达国家对非洲国家实行的优惠待遇,是化解中国企业对非直接投资风险的有效手段。
[Abstract]:The number of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Africa is constantly increasing, the scale of investment is constantly expanding, the investment fields are constantly rich, and the investment modes and main bodies are becoming more and more diversified. However, the overall level of Chinese enterprises is not high, and the research on non-investment is insufficient. Lack of senior management talents, insufficient financial support, lack of integrity of some enterprises, etc. Strengthen market research, scientifically plan development strategy, improve the level of enterprise management, give full play to their unique advantages, and innovate the non-investment mode, Taking corporate social responsibility and effectively utilizing the preferential treatment of developed countries to African countries is an effective means to resolve the risk of indirect investment by Chinese enterprises.
