江苏省政府经济发展绩效研究——基于消费的实证研究

【摘要】：我国经济属于典型的后发经济,抓住后发优势的机遇,要求政府制度上的跟进与协调。由于拉动经济的三驾马车中,消费拉动是最为健康的发展方式,因此论文选择从消费的角度着手,选取江苏省数据,通过Eviews软件构建消费倾向模型,分析得出影响消费者当期消费倾向的主要因素为当期经济发展水平和居民前期消费水平,验证了政府在拉动消费方面的政策绩效;此外,文章还对2000年—2012年间的居民消费结构进行了分析,认为目前消费者的消费模式已向追求生活质量型转变,说明政府经济政策在优化居民消费结构,构建先进的消费模式方面也取得了较好的绩效。
[Abstract]:The economy of our country belongs to the typical latecomer economy. We should seize the opportunity of the advantage of latecomer and ask the government system to follow up and coordinate. Because of the troika driving the economy, the consumption pull is the healthiest way of development. Therefore, the paper chooses to proceed from the consumption angle, selects the data of Jiangsu Province, constructs the consumption tendency model through the Eviews software, and concludes that the main factors that influence the consumer's consumption tendency in the current period are the current economic development level and the residents' previous consumption level. In addition, the article analyzes the consumption structure of residents from 2000 to 2012, and concludes that the consumption pattern of consumers has changed to the pursuit of quality of life. It shows that the government economic policy has also achieved good results in optimizing the consumption structure of residents and constructing advanced consumption patterns.
