邯郸市标准件产业技术路线图研究

【摘要】:标准件是一种应用极为广泛的通用基础件,在我们的日常生活中随处可见。我国现有大约三万多家标准件企业,已经成为全球标准件制造大国。标准件产业作为我市的支柱产业,经过30多年的发展,拥有生产企业2300多家,成为标准件之都。我市标准件企业所生产的多为普通4.8级低端产品,生产方面有饱和的倾向。随着国内装备制造业结构调整,对高端标准件产品的需求在不断增加,高端产品还有很大的发展空间。为了应对新型的工业化进程,我市标准件产业必须进行创新和调整转型。 技术路线图(Technology Road mapping,TRM)作为一种新的技术规划和战略管理工具,有助于识别产业技术的优先顺序,,认清周围环境的变化,加强资源的管理和利用,寻求技术突破,解决产业共同的技术问题。目前,技术路线图的应用在技术比较发达的国家和地区使用比较广泛,并且获得了很好的效果,但在我国理论和应用研究较少。所以,本文将技术路线图应用到邯郸市标准件产业中,按“产业现状—市场需求—产业目标—技术难点—研发需求”总体思路,对邯郸市标准件产业进行战略规划。本文的主要内容包括: (1)对技术路线图进行理论综述,叙述制定产业技术路线图的流程和方法。 (2)阐明邯郸市标准件产业背景和发展历程,围绕产业环境、产业资源,分析邯郸市标准件产业发展现状,对产业进行SWOT分析。 (3)总体分析标准件市场需求状况,识别市场需求要素,明确产业发展趋势,确定产业发展目标要素。运用灰色关联分析法,分析市场需求要素与产业目标要素之间的绝对关联度,筛选出产业在市场需求的拉动下需要优先实现的产业目标。 (4)提出将TRIZ理论中的技术成熟度预测技术,运用到产业的技术预测中,识别出产业的关键技术,为优化科技资源配置提供依据。 (5)找出市场需求、产业目标、关键技术和研发项目之间的关联点,对其进行综合分析,依据分析结果绘制邯郸市标准件产业技术路线图,提出产业发展总体构想和建议,为产业发展提供决策和参考依据。
[Abstract]:Standard parts is a kind of widely used general basic parts, which can be seen everywhere in our daily life. There are more than 30,000 standard parts enterprises in our country. Standard parts industry as the pillar industry of our city, after more than 30 years of development, has more than 2300 production enterprises, Become the capital of standard parts. Most of the products produced by standard parts enterprises in our city are ordinary 4.8 grade low-end products, and the production tends to be saturated. With the structural adjustment of domestic equipment manufacturing industry, the demand for high-end standard parts products is constantly increasing. In order to cope with the new industrialization process, the standard parts industry of our city must carry on the innovation and the adjustment transformation. As a new technology planning and strategic management tool, the Technology Road Mapping tool can help identify the priorities of industrial technology, recognize the changes in the surrounding environment, strengthen the management and utilization of resources, and seek technological breakthroughs. At present, the technology roadmap is widely used in more developed countries and regions, and has achieved good results, but there are few theoretical and applied studies in our country. In this paper, the technology roadmap is applied to the standard parts industry in Handan city. The overall idea of "industry actuality-market demand-industry goal-technical difficulty-R & D demand" is adopted. Strategic planning of standard parts industry in Handan. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) summarize the theory of technology roadmap, and describe the process and method of making industry technology road map. (2) expound the background and development course of standard parts industry in Handan city, analyze the present situation of standard parts industry development in Handan city, and analyze the industry by SWOT around the industrial environment and industry resources. (3) analyzing the market demand of standard parts, identifying the market demand factors, defining the trend of industry development and determining the target elements of industry development. By analyzing the absolute correlation degree between market demand elements and industry target elements, the industrial objectives that need to be realized first are selected out under the pull of market demand. 4) the technology maturity prediction technology of TRIZ theory is put forward, which is applied to the technology forecast of industry, and the key technology of industry is identified, which provides the basis for optimizing the allocation of science and technology resources. (5) to find out the connection points among market demand, industrial objectives, key technologies and R & D projects, analyze them synthetically, draw the technical roadmap of Handan standard parts industry based on the analysis results, and put forward the overall conception and suggestions for industrial development. To provide decision and reference basis for industrial development.
