京津冀协同发展背景下的张家口承接北京产业转移路径

【摘要】：张家口位于环首都贫困带地区,属于经济发展落后地区。在京津冀协同发展背景下,如何牢牢抓住京张联合申办冬奥会和京津冀协同发展的重大历史性机遇,发挥比较优势,积极主动作为,实现与北京协调发展就成为当务之急,也是京津冀协同发展的重要内容。本文先对北京和张家口产业发展现状进行分析,再分析张家口通过承接产业转移实现与北京协同发展的优势基础以及面临约束条件,分析可承接产业,最后提出张家口承接北京产业转移、实现京张协同发展的对策。
[Abstract]:Zhangjiakou is located in the poverty-stricken region around the capital city and belongs to the backward area of economic development. Under the background of the coordinated development between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, how to firmly grasp the great historic opportunity of the joint bid of Beijing and Zhang to host the Winter Olympic Games and the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, so as to give play to their comparative advantages. It is urgent to realize the coordinated development with Beijing, and it is also an important part of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This paper first analyzes the current situation of industry development in Beijing and Zhangjiakou. Then it analyzes the advantages and conditions of Zhangjiakou's coordinated development with Beijing through undertaking industry transfer, analyzes the industry that can be accepted, and finally puts forward the countermeasures of Zhangjiakou undertaking Beijing's industrial transfer to realize Beijing's coordinated development.
