南京市人力资本对经济增长贡献度的实证研究

【摘要】:在当今中国社会,越来越多的人开始认识到人才对于社会经济发展的重要性,也开始逐渐意识到人才作为经济发展中的强劲推动力,对于经济发展方式的转变及经济增长质量的提升起到的关键性作用,人才的竞争必将影响着未来的区域经济竞争力。南京作为长三角经济区的重要区域中心城市和科研教育中心城市,人力资本实力较为雄厚,同时自改革开放以来,南京市的经济发展取得了巨大的成就,人民生活水平显著提高。那么,在南京经济的快速增长中,人力资本的贡献度是多少?南京市人力资本的发展现状及存在的问题有哪些?应该如何加强人力资本投资、优化人力资本配置,以提高南京市人力资本对经济增长的促进作用?本文以“南京市人力资本对经济增长贡献度的实证研究”为题,对人力资本与经济发展的关系进行了研究。本文内容安排如下:第一章绪论部分是说明本文的选题背景、意义,所使用的研究方法和技术路线以及文章可能的创新与不足。第二章介绍了人力资本的相关理论,并回顾了国内外关于人力资本与经济增长的研究成果,力图对人力资本与经济增长理论做出一个比较全面的概述,以此为本文实证分析提供相关的理论依据。第三章介绍了人力资本存量的估算方法和计量模型,本文基于工资收入与人力资本的对应关系来测算南京市人力资本存量。第四章首先分析了南京市人力资本、经济发展现状,然后进行了实证分析,根据计量模型线性回归得出人力资本对经济增长的贡献度,并结合实证结果探讨了南京市人力资本发展中存在的一系列问题。第五章中,根据前文的理论分析和实证研究,提出了相关提升南京市人力资本贡献度的政策建议。
[Abstract]:In today's Chinese society, more and more people begin to realize the importance of talent for social and economic development, and gradually realize that talent is a powerful driving force in economic development. Play a key role in changing the mode of economic development and improving the quality of economic growth, The competition for talents will certainly affect the future regional economic competitiveness. Nanjing, as an important regional central city and a scientific research and education center city in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, has a strong human capital strength, and has been since the reform and opening up since the beginning of the reform and opening up to the outside world. Nanjing has made great achievements in economic development and the living standards of the people have improved significantly. What is the contribution of human capital to the rapid economic growth of Nanjing? What are the problems in the development of human capital in Nanjing? How to strengthen the investment of human capital and optimize the allocation of human capital in order to enhance the promotion of human capital to economic growth in Nanjing? This paper studies the relationship between human capital and economic development on the topic of "empirical study on the contribution of human capital to economic growth in Nanjing". The content of this paper is arranged as follows: the first chapter is introduction to explain the background and significance of this paper. Chapter two introduces the related theories of human capital, and reviews the research results of human capital and economic growth at home and abroad. Try to make a more comprehensive overview of the theory of human capital and economic growth, in order to provide a theoretical basis for empirical analysis in this paper. Chapter three introduces the estimation method and measurement model of human capital stock. Based on the corresponding relationship between wage income and human capital, this paper calculates the stock of human capital in Nanjing. Chapter 4th first analyzes the present situation of human capital and economic development in Nanjing, and then makes an empirical analysis. According to the linear regression of econometric model, the contribution of human capital to economic growth is obtained, and a series of problems in the development of human capital in Nanjing are discussed in combination with the empirical results. Chapter 5th, according to the theoretical analysis and empirical research above, This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to enhance the contribution of human capital in Nanjing.
