河北省环境污染物与经济发展关系研究

【摘要】：随着河北省工业化进程的加快，经济发展与能源消耗及环境污染之间的矛盾越来越严重。本文选取河北省1995—2010年环境污染物排放量与经济发展的相关数据，借助SPSS和EXCEL软件系统，分析了人均GDP与环境污染物排放量之间的关系，并建立二者的环境库兹涅茨曲线计量模型。研究发现：河北省除工业烟尘和工业固体废物的环境库兹涅茨曲线没有越过转折点外，其余的均已越过转折点。首先，对环境污染物与经济发展关系研究理论进行阐述：一方面介绍了环境污染物与经济关系研究的背景、意义以及国内外研究现状；另一方面介绍了环境污染物的概念、分类、影响因素、经济发展的相关理论以及经济发展过程中存在的问题。其次，介绍了环境污染物与经济发展关系研究所要采用的工具—环境库兹涅茨曲线，包括环境库兹涅茨曲线的含义、特征以及应用，并且对计量模型指标的选取以及模型存在的几种曲线关系进行简介。通过对环境库兹涅茨曲线的介绍，为下章研究环境污染物与经济关系提供了理论依据。再次，对河北省环境污染物与经济发展关系进行研究，通过对环境污染物与经济发展的相关数据分析，建立各指标的环境库兹涅茨曲线模型并对其进行检验，从而得出河北省目前环境所处的状况。通过回归分析拟合出中国各环境指标的环境库兹涅茨曲线，，将河北省与中国的环境库兹涅茨曲线进行比较，得出二者之间的联系与区别。最后，根据河北省环境污染物与经济发展关系研究得出的问题和存在的不足，结合实际情况，对河北省环境保护与经济发展活动提出切实可行的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization in Hebei Province, the contradiction between economic development, energy consumption and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. This paper selects the relevant data of environmental pollutant discharge and economic development in Hebei Province from 1995 to 2010, with the help of SPSS and EXCEL software system. The relationship between GDP per capita and emissions of environmental pollutants is analyzed. The environmental Kuznets curve of Hebei Province has passed the turning point except the environmental Kuznets curve of industrial soot and industrial solid waste. First of all, the research theory of the relationship between environmental pollutants and economic development is expounded. On the one hand, the background, significance and current situation of research on the relationship between environmental pollutants and economic development are introduced; on the other hand, the concept of environmental pollutants is introduced. Classification, influencing factors, relevant theories of economic development and problems in the process of economic development. Secondly, the paper introduces the environmental Kuznets curve, which is the tool to be used in the study of the relationship between environmental pollutants and economic development, including the meaning, characteristics and application of the environmental Kuznets curve. Through the introduction of environmental Kuznets curve, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the next chapter to study the relationship between environmental pollutants and economy. Thirdly, the relationship between environmental pollutants and economic development in Hebei Province is studied. By analyzing the data of environmental pollutants and economic development, the environmental Kuznets curve model of each index is established and tested. Through regression analysis, the environmental Kuznets curve of each environmental index in China is fitted, and the environmental Kuznets curve of Hebei Province and China is compared, and the relationship and difference between them are obtained. Finally, according to the problems and shortcomings of the research on the relationship between environmental pollutants and economic development in Hebei Province, combined with the actual situation, the author puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions for the environmental protection and economic development activities in Hebei Province.
