新疆对外开放度与经济发展关系研究

【摘要】：在当今全球经济联系日益紧密的背景下，一国若要实现经济持续快速的发展，对外开放已经成为一个必然选择。研究区域对外开放与经济发展的关系对于区域经济的发展具有重要意义。近年来，新疆已经逐步形成了沿边境线、沿亚欧大陆桥和沿交通干线的全方位、多层次、宽领域的对外开放格局。但新疆的开放程度究竟如何，对外开放度对经济发展的影响又如何，，本文主要从以上两个角度来研究新疆对外开放度与经济发展之间的关系。本文在对新疆的对外贸易、利用外商直接投资和旅游服务贸易等对外开放方面发展状况分析的基础上，系统剖析了新疆对外开放的影响因素。接着通过选取外贸依存度、外资依存度和旅游服务贸易依存度等指标构建测度新疆对外开放度的指标体系，再通过主成分分析测算出新疆的对外开放度,并与全国水平进行了对比。最后通过构建评价新疆对外开放度与经济增长关系的模型，实证研究了新疆对外开放度与经济增长的关系。研究结果表明：地缘因素、资源因素、经济因素和政策因素共同影响新疆的对外开放。新疆对外开放度测算后与全国水平的对比显示，新疆对外开放度仍然处在较低的水平。实证分析的结果表明新疆对外开放度对经济发展有着正面影响，但对经济发展的拉动作用还不大，新疆的对外开放度有待进一步提高。最后，本文在上述研究的基础上提出新疆通过进一步扩大对外开放促进经济发展的相关对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the context of today's increasingly close global economic ties, if a country is to achieve sustained and rapid economic development, Opening to the outside world has become an inevitable choice. It is of great significance to study the relationship between regional opening up and economic development. In recent years, Xinjiang has gradually formed a border line. The opening up pattern along the Eurasian Continental Bridge and along the main traffic lines in all directions, at various levels and in a wide range of fields. But what is the degree of opening up in Xinjiang and the impact of the degree of opening up on economic development? This paper studies the relationship between Xinjiang's degree of opening to the outside world and economic development from the above two angles. Based on the analysis of the development of Xinjiang's foreign trade, foreign direct investment and tourism service trade, this paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of Xinjiang's opening to the outside world. The foreign capital dependence degree and tourism service trade dependence index system are constructed to measure the degree of Xinjiang's opening to the outside world, and then the degree of Xinjiang's opening to the outside world is calculated through principal component analysis. Finally, by constructing a model to evaluate the relationship between the degree of opening to the outside world and economic growth in Xinjiang, the paper empirically studies the relationship between the degree of opening to the outside world and economic growth in Xinjiang. The results show that: geographical factors, resource factors, Economic factors and policy factors jointly affect the opening up of Xinjiang to the outside world. The comparison between Xinjiang's degree of opening up and the national level shows that. The degree of opening to the outside world in Xinjiang is still at a low level. The results of empirical analysis show that the degree of openness in Xinjiang has a positive impact on economic development, but it does not play a significant role in promoting economic development. The degree of opening to the outside world in Xinjiang needs to be further improved. Finally, on the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for Xinjiang to promote economic development through further opening up to the outside world.
