新工业革命对我国高技术产业高端化的影响及应对策略

【摘要】：新工业革命及其引起的全球价值链重构,将给高技术产业发展带来新的契机和挑战,如何采取有效措施推动我国高技术产业高端化已成为当前我国的热点问题。新工业革命对高技术产业的产品研发设计、生产流程、品牌营销、价值链升级产生重要影响,也使我国高技术产业面临全球市场竞争、协同创新体系完善、制度与管理方式转型、公共服务体系构建等诸多挑战。对此,应构建技术创新推动高技术产业高端化的战略框架,优化协同机制,促进自主创新与集成创新。同时,推进高技术产业实施全球化战略与管理创新,并构建高技术产业高端化发展的政府支持体系。
[Abstract]:The new industrial revolution and the restructuring of global value chains will bring new opportunities and challenges to the development of high-tech industries. How to take effective measures to promote the high-end of high-tech industry has become a hot issue in our country. The new industrial revolution has an important impact on the product development design, production process, brand marketing and value chain upgrading of high-tech industry. It also makes our high-tech industry face many challenges, such as global market competition, cooperative innovation system perfection, system and management mode transformation, public service system construction, etc. Therefore, the strategic framework for technological innovation to promote the high-end of high-tech industry should be constructed. At the same time, we should promote the globalization strategy and management innovation of high-tech industry, and construct the government support system for the high-end development of high-tech industry.
