山东省产业结构调整与经济增长的互动关系研究

【摘要】：一个国家或地区的经济发展与它的产业结构变化密切相关。产业结构的优化不仅反映了一个国家或地区经济发展的水平和特点,同时也影响了这个国家或地区经济发展的速度和方向。制定合理的产业结构政策,实现产业结构优化升级,对该地区的经济增长有着重要的现实意义,并且经济总量的增长在很大程度上取决于产业结构的状态。我国地区辽阔,区域差异较大,随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的发展,我国地区之间的经济格局发生了重大变化,不同区域的经济发展有很大差别。在经济发展过程中,影响经济发展的因素很多,其中产业结构中存在的问题是制约经济发展的重要因素之一。为了解决产业结构与经济发展水平不相适应这一问题,我们首先对产业结构与经济发展的相关国内外文献做了简单的回顾和评述,以山东省产业结构为研究对象,对山东省的三次产业的现状及问题进行了描述分析,运用相关数据和指标对山东省的三次产业结构演变过程进行分析,并与全国同期水平做了比较分析。运用1978年到2011年山东省的实际GDP和三次产业在山东省GDP中的比重构建计量模型,对山东省产业结构演进与经济增长关系进行了实证分析,并在此基础上探索产业结构演进与经济增长之间关系的规律,找出影响山东省产业结构演进与经济增长之间良性互动等方面的问题,提出优化升级产业结构,促进山东省经济发展的对策。
[Abstract]:The economic development of a country or region is closely related to the changes in its industrial structure. The optimization of the industrial structure not only reflects the level and characteristics of the economic development of a country or region, At the same time, it also affects the speed and direction of the economic development of this country or region. It has important practical significance for the economic growth of this region to formulate reasonable industrial structure policies and to realize the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. And the growth of the total economic volume depends to a large extent on the state of the industrial structure. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of the market economy, the economic pattern among the regions in our country has undergone major changes. The economic development of different regions varies greatly. In the process of economic development, there are many factors that affect economic development. The problems in the industrial structure are one of the important factors restricting the economic development. In order to solve the problem that the industrial structure and the level of economic development are not suitable for the development of the economy, Firstly, we briefly review and comment on the domestic and foreign literature about the industrial structure and economic development, take the industrial structure of Shandong Province as the research object, and describe and analyze the current situation and problems of the three industries in Shandong Province. Using relevant data and indicators to analyze the evolution process of three industrial structures in Shandong Province. Using the actual GDP of Shandong Province from 1978 to 2011 and the proportion of three industries in GDP of Shandong Province to construct the econometric model, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between the evolution of industrial structure and economic growth in Shandong Province. On this basis, it explores the relationship between industrial structure evolution and economic growth, finds out the problems affecting the benign interaction between industrial structure evolution and economic growth in Shandong Province, and proposes to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure. The countermeasures to promote the economic development of Shandong Province.
