苏南产业转移对灌河流域水环境影响的研究——基于PSIR模型分析

【摘要】：本文在全面梳理产业转移与生态环境关系的基础上,从承接产业转移对灌河流域水环境的压力、状态、影响、响应四者之间的逻辑关系出发,构建了苏南产业转移与灌河流域水环境协调发展的PSIR模型。基于此模型,全面深入分析了苏南产业转移对灌河流域水环境的影响。结果表明:随着承接苏南产业转移规模的急剧扩大,对灌河流域水环境带来的压力和影响不断加大,灌河流域自身的状态如水资源总量、水质和水土流失等方面的状态也在逐渐恶化,而面对这样的负面影响,市场、政府和公众的环保意识及维权意识都在不断提高,越来越注重产业转移与灌河流域水环境的协调发展。
[Abstract]:On the basis of comprehensively combing the relationship between industrial transfer and ecological environment, this paper proceeds from the logical relationship between the four, starting from the pressure, state, influence and response of the industrial transfer to the water environment of the Guanhe River basin. A PSIR model for the coordinated development of the industrial transfer and the water environment in the Guanhe River basin in southern Jiangsu was constructed. The effects of industrial transfer in southern Jiangsu on the water environment of Guanhe River basin are analyzed in depth. The results show that with the rapid expansion of industrial transfer scale in southern Jiangsu, the pressure and influence on the water environment of Guanhe River basin are increasing. The state of Guanhe River Basin itself, such as the total amount of water resources, water quality and soil erosion, is also gradually deteriorating. In the face of such negative effects, the market, the government and the public are constantly improving their awareness of environmental protection and safeguarding their rights. More and more attention is paid to the coordinated development of industrial transfer and water environment in Guanhe River Basin.
