产业转移背景下安徽发展特色产业集聚研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化和知识经济的到来,在产业转移的时代背景下,产业集聚已经成为提升区域经济和产业竞争力的有效形式。论文系统的总结了当前全球产业转移和产业集聚的概况,分析了国内外产业转移和产业集聚的发展及对我们的启示。文中指出,在当前产业转移背景下,安徽要想抓住国内经济逐渐由东向西梯度推进、产业转移由沿海向内地延伸的重要机遇期,必须摒弃散养式的引进发展、盲目承接。应依托聚集区,把培育和发展具有地方特色的产业集聚作为安徽省承接产业转移的战略选择,作为提高承接东部地区产业转移能力的一个重要突破口,促进产业集聚和产业转移的良性互动。加快培育和建设具有较强竞争力和地方特色的产业集聚。同时,通过产业集聚的发展,来更好地推动安徽承接产业转移的步伐,从而实现区域经济又好又快的发展。文中同时指出,在承接产业转移的同时要努力实现区域经济的自主发展,依靠区域优势,树立品牌意识,注重自主创新能力,摆脱引进—落后—再引进—再落后的恶性循环,最终实现区域经济的跨越式发展。论文通过产业转移背景下,对安徽发展具有地方特色的集聚的探讨,以期能为以安徽省为代表的经济欠发达地区、经济基础较弱地区承接区外产业转移的工作提供有益思考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the advent of economic globalization and knowledge economy, under the background of industrial transfer, Industrial agglomeration has become an effective form of promoting regional economy and industrial competitiveness. This paper analyzes the development of industrial transfer and industrial agglomeration at home and abroad and its enlightenment to us. It is pointed out in this paper that, in the context of current industrial transfer, Anhui wants to grasp the gradual gradient of domestic economy from east to west. In the period of important opportunities for industrial transfer extending from the coast to the interior, we must abandon the introduction and development of the free-range type and blindly undertake it. We should rely on the gathering areas. The cultivation and development of industrial agglomeration with local characteristics is regarded as a strategic choice for Anhui Province to undertake industrial transfer, and as an important breakthrough to improve the ability to undertake industrial transfer in the eastern region. To promote the positive interaction between industrial agglomeration and industrial transfer, to speed up the cultivation and construction of industrial agglomeration with strong competitiveness and local characteristics. At the same time, through the development of industrial agglomeration, we can better promote the pace of undertaking industrial transfer in Anhui. At the same time, the paper points out that we should make great efforts to realize the independent development of regional economy, rely on regional advantages, establish brand awareness and pay attention to the ability of independent innovation while undertaking industrial transfer. To get rid of the vicious circle of introduction, backwardness, reintroduction and backwardness, and finally realize the leapfrog development of regional economy, this paper discusses the agglomeration of Anhui development with local characteristics under the background of industrial transfer. It is expected that this paper can provide beneficial thinking and reference for the underdeveloped areas and the weaker economic base areas in Anhui Province to undertake the work of industrial transfer outside the region.
