天津支柱产业发展及转型升级研究

【摘要】：发展优势支柱产业是加快转变经济发展方式和推进产业结构优化升级的重要途径，，对一个国家或地区提升整体经济实力和综合竞争力具有重要的战略意义。近年来，作为老工业基地的天津市，紧紧抓住滨海新区开发开放的战略机遇，围绕国家对天津建设“北方经济中心”的定位要求，着力构建高端化、高质化、高新化产业结构，发展形成了航空航天、石油化工、先进装备制造、电子信息、生物医药、新能源新材料、轻工纺织及国防科技八大优势支柱产业，有力推动了天津经济的又好又快发展。当前，随着天津工业的快速发展和国际国内经济形势的不断变化，各产业发展环境发生了深刻改变，支柱产业的发展进入新阶段，亟需通过转型升级取得突破，实现新形势下的科学发展和率先发展。本文基于上述考虑，对天津支柱产业发展及转型升级问题进行研究。首先对支柱产业概念及相关理论进行了回顾，对国内外支柱产业发展经验进行了梳理和归纳。其次，对近年来天津支柱产业演进的历程及发展现状进行分析和概述。在此基础上，采用SWOT分析法，从内部优势、内部劣势、外部机遇和外部威胁四个方面对天津支柱产业进行全面分析，最后，采用比较分析、定性和定量相结合的分析方法，对天津支柱产业的转型升级发展提出建议，并针对各产业的特点提出下一步的发展思路和重点任务。
[Abstract]:The development of dominant pillar industries is an important way to speed up the transformation of economic development mode and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. It is of strategic significance for a country or region to enhance its overall economic strength and comprehensive competitiveness. Tianjin, as an old industrial base, tightly grasps the strategic opportunity of the development and opening up of Binhai New area, focuses on the country's positioning requirements for the construction of "northern economic center" in Tianjin, and focuses on building a high-end, high-quality and high-tech industrial structure. The development of eight dominant pillar industries, such as aerospace, petrochemical industry, advanced equipment manufacturing, electronic information, biomedicine, new energy and new materials, light industry, textile and national defense science and technology, has contributed to the sound and rapid development of Tianjin's economy. At present, With the rapid development of Tianjin's industry and the constant changes of the international and domestic economic situation, the development environment of various industries has undergone profound changes. The development of pillar industries has entered a new stage, and it is urgent to make a breakthrough through transformation and upgrading. To achieve scientific development under the new situation and take the lead in development. Based on the above considerations, this paper studies the development and transformation of the pillar industry in Tianjin. Firstly, it reviews the concept and related theories of the pillar industry, combs and summarizes the experience of the development of the pillar industry at home and abroad. This paper analyzes and summarizes the evolution course and development status of Tianjin pillar industry in recent years. On this basis, it adopts SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages. The four aspects of external opportunity and external threat are the comprehensive analysis of Tianjin pillar industry. Finally, by using comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of Tianjin pillar industry. And according to the characteristics of the industry, the next step of the development ideas and key tasks.
