【摘要】：中国转型之所以取得了出乎意料的伟大成果,归根结底是全面恢复了充分尊重、维护人民利益的发展原则,是基于我国的一系列既适应国情、又顺乎民意的经济改革,许多改革措施不约而同地与现代经济的发展原则若合符节。要继续通过改革开放解决经济、政治、知识等方面的转型障碍,建立健全经济转型动力的制度保障体系。
[Abstract]:The reason why China's transformation has achieved unexpected great results is, in the final analysis, the comprehensive restoration of the development principle of full respect and safeguarding the interests of the people. It is based on a series of economic reforms in our country that are not only adapted to the national conditions but also conform to the people's will. Many reform measures are consistent with the development principles of modern economy. It is necessary to continue to solve the obstacles of economic, political and intellectual transformation through reform and opening up, and to establish and improve the institutional guarantee system of the motive force of economic transformation.
