新疆绿洲生态环境与经济发展的协调关系研究

【摘要】：当前，生态环境与经济发展的协调关系成为了经济可持续发展的核心问题，良好的生态环境能够促进经济快速发展，而良性的经济发展也会促进生态环境质量不断提高，因此，如何有效的、快速的促进生态环境与经济发展协调发展，实现经济可持续发展已成为当前亟需解决的问题。本文运用灰色关联法、熵值法等统计分析方法，对新疆绿洲生态环境与经济发展的协调关系进行了全面的评价和研究，并提出针对性的对策建议。论文第一章首先介绍了选题背景和研究意义，对国内外研究现状进行总结和分析，在总结现有文献和研究成果的基础上，阐述研究内容和研究方法。论文第二章对本文使用的相关理论进行阐述，主要包括生态经济学理论、环境经济系统理论、协同理论、可持续发展理论，从而为后续研究做理论铺垫。论文第三章主要对新疆绿洲生态环境与经济发展的现状做了描述性分析，通过对新疆绿洲生态环境现状、经济发展现状的概述，可以得出新疆绿洲生态环境总体呈现缓慢良好发展，经济快速发展的结论。在此基础上，理论阐述了生态环境与经济发展的相关性，二者相互影响，相互促进。最后，对新疆绿洲经济增长与工业污染进行了灰色关联分析，得到1990-2011年间经济增长与环境污染各指标之间的灰色关联度大小顺序为：工业废气排放量工业固体废弃物产生量工业二氧化硫产生量工业废水排放量的结论。论文第四章通过构建新疆绿洲生态环境与经济发展协调关系评价指标体系，运用熵值法和协调模型分别从时序角度和截面角度对新疆绿洲生态环境与经济发展的协调关系进行测评。得出以下结论：1.1995-2011年，，新疆绿洲生态环境与经济发展的协调关系呈现了从不协调—协调的规律，并且逐渐改善； 2.对全国31个省2011年生态环境与经济发展的协调发展度进行计算分析，可以知道新疆绿洲排名较后，协调发展的程度较低。论文第五章结合实证分析结果，从可持续发展的角度出发，分别从促进经济良性发展，改善生态环境质量两个方面提出了促进新疆绿洲生态环境与经济发展协调发展的对策建议。论文的第六章主要是总结与展望，对全文进行总结，找到本文的不足之处，对后续研究进行展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the harmonious relationship between ecological environment and economic development has become the core problem of sustainable economic development. A good ecological environment can promote the rapid development of economy, and benign economic development will also promote the continuous improvement of the quality of ecological environment. How to effectively and rapidly promote the coordinated development of ecological environment and economic development and realize the sustainable development of economy has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and study on the harmonious relationship between ecological environment and economic development of oasis in Xinjiang by means of statistical analysis methods such as grey correlation method and entropy method, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The first chapter first introduces the background and significance of the topic, summarizes and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, on the basis of summarizing the existing literature and research results, expounds the research content and research methods. In the second chapter, the related theories used in this paper are expounded, including ecological economics theory, environmental economic system theory, synergy theory and sustainable development theory, which will pave the way for further research. The third chapter describes the current situation of the oasis ecological environment and economic development in Xinjiang, and summarizes the current situation of the oasis ecological environment and economic development in Xinjiang. It can be concluded that the ecological environment of Xinjiang oasis is developing slowly and well, and the economy is developing rapidly. On this basis, the theory expounds the correlation between ecological environment and economic development, the two mutually influence and promote each other. Finally, the grey correlation analysis between economic growth and industrial pollution in Xinjiang oasis is carried out. The order of grey correlation between economic growth and environmental pollution from 1990 to 2011 is as follows: industrial waste gas discharge, industrial solid waste production, industrial sulfur dioxide production, industrial wastewater discharge. The fourth chapter of the paper constructs the evaluation index system of the harmonious relationship between ecological environment and economic development in Xinjiang oasis. The relationship between ecological environment and economic development of oasis in Xinjiang was evaluated by entropy method and coordination model from the angle of time series and cross-section. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. From 1995 to 2011, the coordination relationship between ecological environment and economic development in Xinjiang oasis presented the law of uncoordinated coordination, and gradually improved; 2. By calculating and analyzing the coordinated development of ecological environment and economic development in 31 provinces in China in 2011, we can know that Xinjiang oasis ranks lower and the degree of coordinated development is lower. Chapter five combines the results of empirical analysis, from the perspective of sustainable development, respectively to promote the sound development of the economy. The countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the harmonious development of ecological environment and economic development of oasis in Xinjiang are put forward in two aspects of improving the quality of ecological environment. The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook of the paper, the full text is summarized, find the shortcomings of this paper, the future research prospects.
