准确把握促进区域协调发展的新要求——对《政府工作报告》中涉及区域发展有关内容的理解

【摘要】：正刚刚闭幕的第十二届全国人民代表大会第二次会议高票表决通过了李克强总理所作的《政府工作报告》。涉及区域发展方面,《政府工作报告》充分肯定了过去一年的成绩,在部署2014年工作时,延续了党的十六届五中全会开始实施的区域发展总体战略的表述,明确提出要优先推进西部大开发、全面振兴东北地区等老工业基地、大力推进中部地区崛起、积极支持东部地区经济率先转型升级。
[Abstract]:The just-concluded second session of the National people's Congress voted by a large number of votes to approve Premier Li Keqiang's report on Government work. With regard to regional development, the "Government work report" fully affirmed the achievements of the past year, and when deploying its work in 2014, it continued the expression of the overall strategy for regional development that began to be implemented by the Fifth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. It is pointed out that priority should be given to the development of the western region, the old industrial bases in Northeast China should be revitalized in an all-round way, the rise of the central region should be vigorously promoted, and the eastern region should be actively supported in its economic transformation and upgrading.
