延边地区小家电产业发展研究

【摘要】：随着我国城镇居民生活水平和质量的不断提高,在家电产品特别是小家电产品的需求上潜力巨大。相对于发达国家平均每户家庭拥有二三十件小家电,我国每户仅有几件,无论是种类还是数量,小家电行业的发展空间都十分巨大；同时由于小家电产品的使用寿命一般为5—6年,因此至少三分之一的家庭需要对其进行更新换代,而每年新组建家庭和农村家庭的新增购买力都给小家电市场带来强劲的发展势头。延边州位于吉林省东部,地处中、朝、俄三国交界地带,东与俄罗斯滨海边疆区接壤,南隔图们江与朝鲜成镜北迅、两江道相望,处于东北亚的核心地带,地理位置优越,是东北三省重要的“桥头堡”；此外,随着振兴东北老工业基地战略的实施,加之长吉图开发开放先导区建设的不断深入,延边州迎来了崭新的发展机遇。尤其世界小家电生产体系的产业梯度重心开始由欧美发达国家转移至中国、新加坡、印尼等亚洲国家,延边州在小家电生产上的成本和上下游配套能力的优势凸显,向小家电产业圈发展的可能性增大。凭借优越的地理区位、政策优势、成本优势,逐步形成类似慈溪、东凤小家电产业集群的机遇大于挑战。小家电产业集群的形成不仅能够为延边地区的经济发展提供支柱产业,而且也能够创建新的东北亚经济圈。本文在第一部分对产业集聚理论做了文献梳理,为本文的深入分析提供理论基础；在第二部分对我国目前小家电市场潜力和产业发展面临的问题及原因做了深入分析,为文章的主体部分提供宏观背景；在第三部分是本文的重点分析部分,针对延边地区三次产业的结构特点,与小家电产业在延边地区发展的现状和存在的问题,深入分析延边地区在发展小家电产业方面存在的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,总体上认为优势大于劣势,机会多于威胁,然后深入探讨可供延边地区发展小家电产业集群的战略选择问题及所应确立的战略目标；在本文的第四部分,在以上深入分析的基础上,提出改善延边地区小家电企业发展环境的对策建议,包括建立延边地区小家电工业园区、放宽政策鼓励外出务工人员返乡创业、政府有选择的引导、支持和提供技术保护以及整合资源,发展核心大企业,创立地区乃至全国品牌。在最后讨论了延边州建立小家电产业集群对地区经济与东北亚经济圈的影响和意义。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of living standard and quality of urban residents in China, the demand for household appliances, especially small household appliances, has great potential. Compared with the average of 20 or 30 small household appliances in developed countries, there are only a few in each household in our country, no matter the kind or quantity, the development space of the small household appliance industry is very huge. At the same time, because the service life of small household appliances is generally 5-6 years, at least 1/3 families need to upgrade it. And every year the new purchasing power of new families and rural households brings a strong momentum of development to the small home appliance market. Yanbian prefecture is located in the eastern part of Jilin Province. It is located in the border areas of China, North Korea and Russia; in the east, it is bordered by Russia's coastal region; in the south, it is separated by the Tumen River and North Korea's Jingjing Beisun; and the two rivers are opposite each other. It is located in the heart of Northeast Asia and has a superior geographical position. In addition, with the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China and the continuous deepening of the construction of the Changjitu Development and opening Pioneer area, Yanbian Prefecture has ushered in a new development opportunity. In particular, the industrial gradients of the production system of small household appliances in the world began to shift from developed countries in Europe and the United States to Asian countries such as China, Singapore, Indonesia, and other Asian countries. The advantages of Yanbian Prefecture in the cost of small household appliances production and the supporting capacity in the upstream and downstream areas are highlighted. The possibility of developing into the industrial circle of small household appliances has increased. By virtue of superior geographical location, policy advantage and cost advantage, the opportunities of Dongfeng small household appliances industrial cluster are greater than the challenges. The formation of industrial cluster of small household appliances can not only provide pillar industries for the economic development of Yanbian area, but also create a new economic circle in Northeast Asia. In the first part of this paper, the author makes a literature review on the theory of industrial agglomeration, which provides a theoretical basis for the in-depth analysis of this paper. In the second part, it makes an in-depth analysis of the potential of the market of small household appliances and the problems and causes of the industrial development in China. In the third part of this paper is the focus of the analysis, according to the structural characteristics of the three industries in Yanbian, and the status quo and existing problems of the development of small household appliances industry in Yanbian area, Deeply analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of small household appliances industry in Yanbian. Generally speaking, it is believed that the advantages are greater than the weaknesses, and the opportunities are more than the threats. Then it discusses the strategic choice of developing small household appliances industry cluster in Yanbian area and the strategic objectives that should be established. In the fourth part of this paper, on the basis of the above in-depth analysis, The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development environment of small appliance enterprises in Yanbian area are put forward, including the establishment of small household appliances industrial park in Yanbian area, the relaxation of policies to encourage migrant workers to return to their hometown to start their own businesses, and the government's selective guidance. Support and provide technical protection and integration of resources, develop core enterprises, and create regional and national brands. In the end, the paper discusses the influence and significance of establishing small household appliance industry cluster on regional economy and Northeast Asian economic circle in Yanbian Prefecture.
