“十三五”山西省级创新型城市培育的战略思考

【摘要】：创新型城市(县、区)培育是"十三五"山西推动创新驱动战略的重要举措。立足山西创新实际,比照国家对创新型城市具体要求,借鉴浙江、陕西等兄弟省份经验,我们提出了创新型城市(县、区)培育的远景规划和基本原则,并凝练出六大战略重点工程。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of innovative cities (counties and districts) is an important measure to promote innovation-driven strategy in Shanxi during the Thirteenth five-year Plan. Based on the reality of innovation in Shanxi, in accordance with the specific requirements of the state for innovative cities, and drawing on the experiences of Zhejiang, Shaanxi and other brotherly provinces, we put forward the long-term plan and basic principles for fostering innovative cities (counties and districts). And condensed out six strategic key projects.
