产业集聚对我国区域创新的影响机制及实证研究

【摘要】：作为一种产业组织形式，产业集群在克服中小企业竞争实力不足方面具有很大的优势。它以市场需求为导向、以中小企业为主体、以产品集中生产为形式、以专业化配套为内容，以围绕产业链实现专业化分工与合作，并以此来不断推动区域经济发展。在我国，自上世纪80年代在沿海地区出现产业聚集现象以来，各地产业集聚现象越来越普遍，已经成为我国技术创新的重要发源地，并日益成为支撑区域经济发展的重要动力。本文聚焦于产业集聚与区域创新这一命题，从区域创新理论和产业集聚理论出发，运用文献分析、规范分析和实证分析等现代经济学的研究方法，系统分析产业集聚对我国区域创新的影响机制，并运用计量分析方法对我国省际区域创新能力以及产业集聚影响区域创新这一过程进行了实证分析，在此基础上，根据我国的产业集聚与创新空间布局，国家与区域创新战略提出有针对性的对策和建议。论文主要安排如下：第一部分是导论，包括论文的第1章。介绍研究问题的背景、国内外研究的现状、研究目的与意义、研究思路、方法以及创新点。对国内外有关产业集聚、区域创新以及两者关联性研究的文献进行了梳理和阐述，总结了现有的研究成果，并提出了本文的研究方法和安排。第二部分是理论研究，，包括论文的第2章，对产业集聚影响区域创新的理论基础进行论述。先介绍产业集聚与区域创新的相关理论，而后从产业集聚促进区域创新体系的形成、产业集聚为区域创新提供优势、以及产业集聚推动技术扩散三个方面分析了产业集聚对区域创新的影响机制。其中，产业集聚推动技术扩散是这一部分的分析重点。该部分从微观的企业出发，以集群网络形成和技术溢出为主线，对产业集聚与区域创新这一宏观命题进行了论述。第三部分是实证研究。包括论文的第3、4、5章。第3章，我国产业集聚发展现状及区域创新能力分析。首先，从集聚类型、分布情况、发展趋势等角度介绍了我国产业集聚的发展现状。而后以全要素生产率为衡量指标，运用增长核算法对1985—2010年我国三大区域各省的区域创新水平进行了测算；并建立了动态面板数据模型，对影响区域差异性的有关因素，如人力资本、对外开放程度、工业化程度等进行分析。结果发现，我国各地区资本投入的增长率以及全要素生产率的增长率明显存在区域差异性，从东到西呈下降趋势，人力资本水平，对外开放程度、工业化程度等对区域创新水平有较为显著的影响。第4章，产业集聚对区域创新影响的实证研究。建立产业集聚影响创新能力的计量模型，重点研究距离因素对这一过程的影响。结果发现，在技术发送人（产业集群）以及接收人（企业）之间，随着距离的逐步扩大，技术扩散对创新能力的促进作用在逐渐减弱。第5章，以湖北省产业集聚促进本辖区创新为个例进行分析。对省内产业集聚现状与特征、区域创新现状、产业集聚对区域创新的影响进行了分析，在此基础上，以构建区域创新体系为目标，从优势产业集群筛选、创新产业集群发展模式和发展策略等角度得出相关的结论和启示。第四部分包括第6章，结论和政策建议。对全文进行归纳、总结和概括，提出本文的主要研究结论。根据国家和区域发展战略以及工业创新空间布局，结合我国产业集聚与区域创新的当前现状，以推动产业集聚和区域创新为主线，分别从产业规划、政策制定、投融资体系构建、文化培育、人力资本、对外开放、产业结构调整等方面提出相关对策与建议。
[Abstract]:As a form of industrial organization, industrial clusters have great advantages in overcoming the lack of competitive strength of small and medium-sized enterprises. It takes the market demand as the guidance, takes small and medium enterprises as the main body, takes the form of product centralized production as the form, and takes specialized matching as the content, concentrates on the specialization and cooperation around the industrial chain, and promotes the area constantly. The development of regional economy. In China, since the emergence of industrial agglomeration in the coastal areas in the 80s of last century, the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration has become more and more common. It has become an important source of technological innovation in China, and has become an important driving force to support the development of regional economy.
This paper focuses on the proposition of industrial agglomeration and regional innovation. From the theory of regional innovation and industrial agglomeration, the research methods of modern economics, such as literature analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis, are used to systematically analyze the impact mechanism of industrial agglomeration on Regional Innovation in China, and the interprovincial innovation in China by means of econometric analysis method. On the basis of the empirical analysis of the process of capacity and industrial agglomeration affecting regional innovation, according to our country's industrial agglomeration and innovation space layout, the national and regional innovation strategy put forward pertinent countermeasures and suggestions.
The main arrangement of the paper is as follows:
The first part is the introduction, including the first chapters of the paper. It introduces the background of the research, the status of the research at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of the research, the thinking, method and innovation of the research. It also reviews and expounds the literature on industrial agglomeration, regional innovation and the research of the two associations at home and abroad, and summarizes the existing research results, and puts forward the research results. The research method and arrangement of this paper.
The second part is the theoretical research, including the second chapter of the paper, and discusses the theoretical basis of industrial agglomeration affecting regional innovation. First, it introduces the related theories of industrial agglomeration and regional innovation, and then promotes the formation of regional innovation system from industrial agglomeration, industrial agglomeration provides advantages for regional innovation, and industrial agglomeration promotes technology diffusion three. In this part, the impact mechanism of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation is analyzed. Among them, industrial agglomeration promotes technology diffusion is the key point of this part. This part discusses the macro concept of industrial agglomeration and regional innovation from the micro enterprise, taking cluster network formation and technology spillover as the main line.
The third part is an empirical study, including chapter 3,4,5 of the paper. The third chapter, the development status of China's industrial agglomeration and the analysis of regional innovation ability. First, the development status of industrial agglomeration in China is introduced from the angle of agglomeration type, distribution and development trend. Then, the total factor production rate is used as the measure index and the growth accounting method is used to 1985 - 2010. The regional innovation level of the three provinces in China was measured and the dynamic panel data model was established. The factors affecting regional differences, such as human capital, the degree of opening to the outside world and the degree of industrialization, were analyzed. The results showed that the growth rate of capital input and the growth rate of total factor productivity in various regions of China. There is an obvious regional difference, which has a downward trend from east to west. The level of human capital, the degree of opening to the outside world, and the degree of industrialization have a significant impact on the level of regional innovation.
The fourth chapter, the empirical research on the impact of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation. Establish the measurement model of industrial agglomeration affecting innovation ability, and focus on the influence of distance factors on this process. The results show that technology diffusion promotes innovation ability with the gradual expansion of distance between technology sender and recipient (enterprise). The effect is gradually weakening.
The fifth chapter, taking the industrial agglomeration of Hubei Province as an example, analyzes the status and characteristics of industrial agglomeration in the province, the status of regional innovation and the impact of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation. On this basis, the aim is to build a regional innovation system, select from the industrial cluster and innovate the model of industrial cluster development. Relevant conclusions and inspirations are drawn from the perspective of development strategy.
The fourth part includes sixth chapters, conclusions and policy recommendations. Summarize the full text, sum up and summarize the main conclusions of this paper. According to the national and regional development strategy and the spatial distribution of industrial innovation, combined with the current situation of industrial agglomeration and regional innovation in China, the main line is to push industrial agglomeration and regional innovation as the main line, respectively from production.
