四川省主导产业群的形成与演化分析

【摘要】：四川省十二五规划中强调要着力推动产业结构的优化升级,加速构建现代化的产业体系。而产业结构的优化需要合适的主导产业来带动,通过主导产业的发展来促进国民经济各个产业部门的发展和升级。地区经济的发展过程,从根本上来说就是主导产业群不断更新换代的过程,也是主导产业群带动其他产业部门不断向前发展的过程。主导产业群的发展水平将直接影响着地区的经济发展水平和经济结构的合理性。因此,为了优化产业结构,促进经济又快又好的发展,主导产业群的确定具有十分重要的现实意义。本文主要采用四川省2002年和2007年投入产出表以及相应年度国家投入产出表和四川省统计年鉴的数据,运用数学、统计学、数量经济学、产业经济学和区域经济学等学科的知识,在广泛研究国内外相关理论的基础上,以主成分分析为主要方法,结合比较分析等方法,对四川省主导产业的选择进行实证研究。本文把定性分析和定量分析结合起来,讨论四川省主导产业群的选择和演化。定性分析主要是在分析了主要工业化国家主导产业的发展历程、一般演变规律以及四川省产业调整历程的基础之上,从四川省本身经济的发展现状、环境因素等方面,分析影响其主导产业形成的因素。定量分析则在确定了主导产业选择标准的基础上,建立相应的指标体系和模型,采用主成分分析法,结合投入产出表和统计年鉴的数据得出四川省的主导产业群：农林牧渔业、房地产业、金融保险业、综合技术服务业、批发和零售贸易业、建筑业、旅游业、其他社会服务业、文化、体育和娱乐业、煤炭开采和洗选业。本文将不同年份的主导产业集群的结果进行比较,从时间的纵向分别对主导产业的变化进行比较,全面掌握四川省主导产业选择和变迁的动态特征。
[Abstract]:In the 12th five-year Plan of Sichuan Province, it is emphasized to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and to accelerate the construction of modern industrial system. The optimization of industrial structure needs appropriate leading industries to promote the development and upgrading of various industrial sectors of the national economy through the development of leading industries. The process of regional economic development is fundamentally the process of the continuous upgrading of leading industrial clusters, and also the process of leading industrial clusters to drive other industrial sectors forward. The development level of leading industrial clusters will directly affect the level of economic development and the rationality of economic structure. Therefore, in order to optimize the industrial structure and promote the rapid and good development of the economy, it is of great practical significance to determine the leading industrial clusters. This paper mainly uses the data of Sichuan Province input-output table in 2002 and 2007, the corresponding annual input-output table and the statistical yearbook of Sichuan Province, and applies the knowledge of mathematics, statistics, quantitative economics, industrial economics and regional economics, etc. On the basis of extensive research on relevant theories at home and abroad, this paper makes an empirical study on the choice of leading industries in Sichuan Province by means of principal component analysis and comparative analysis. This paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to discuss the selection and evolution of Sichuan leading industrial clusters. The qualitative analysis is mainly based on the analysis of the development course, the general evolution law and the industrial adjustment process of the leading industries in the major industrialized countries, and from the aspects of the current economic development situation and environmental factors of Sichuan Province, etc. The factors that influence the formation of its leading industry are analyzed. On the basis of determining the selection standard of leading industry, the quantitative analysis has established the corresponding index system and model, adopted principal component analysis method, combined with the data of input-output table and statistical yearbook, obtained the leading industrial group of Sichuan province: agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery industry. Real estate, finance and insurance, integrated technology services, wholesale and retail trade, construction, tourism, other social services, culture, sports and entertainment, coal mining and washing. This paper compares the results of the leading industrial clusters in different years, compares the changes of the leading industries from the longitudinal perspective of time, and comprehensively grasps the dynamic characteristics of the selection and changes of the leading industries in Sichuan Province.
