【摘要】：国内外经济发展的事实表明，产业结构的升级转型是一个国家在工业化过程中的必经之路，它已成为促进区域经济发展的关键因素，对于一个国家经济实现经济稳定协调发展具有重要意义。我国的经济增长正是通过产业结构变动带来的非均衡增长，如何处理好产业结构的合理升级转型是任何国家或地区都必须关注的问题。随着经济的发展，国民经济总产出不断增加，产业结构与经济发展不协调的问题日益明显。对于产业结构升级的重要性，我国学者对整体或省域的研究已经逐渐成熟，而县域经济问题是近年来我国经济学界的热点问题，且大部分国民经济和人口在县域经济范围内，研究县域经济及其产业结构在我国有着重大的现实依据。本文从以下几个部分分析和总结濮阳县产业结构的升级转型问题。具体内容如下：首先是绪论部分，对国内外有关的产业结构升级理论、产业结构转变规律文献的回顾，系统总结了国内外影响产业升级的因素及相关的优化调整建议；并且对经济发展与产业结构关系的研究方法做了深入了解，从而为濮阳县产业结构的研究提供了理论基础。其次是本文的核心部分，通过实际调查与分析，，对濮阳县的具体情况及转型的有利条件做了介绍；然后结合定性与定量的方法，运用相关指标对濮阳县产业结构的总体升级转型情况及产业内部结构的升级情况进行剖析，得出了濮阳县产业结构的演进基本符合产业结构演进规律的结论，实现了由农业化到工业化的转变，但产业结构转型还没有完成，还处于工业优先发展阶段，第三产业发展不足，产业结构内部的升级还有很大的提升空间。接着是对各产业与濮阳县总体经济关系的实证分析，发现该县三次产业和经济增长之间有着非相互的制约关系，并对产业间的相互影响上进行格兰杰因果检验，发现第二产业的发展能够带动一、三产业的发展，产业结构的转型还依然依赖第二产业的发展；通过计量回归模型分析，与第一、三产业产出对经济增长的贡献相比，工业产出对濮阳县经济增长的贡献最大，但单位生产效益不高，没有第三产业单位生产效率高。最后，根据濮阳县现状及实证分析，总结出产业结构升级转型过程中存在的具体问题的同时，提出了推进农业产业化及农林牧渔业的全面发展；提高第二产业生产效率，走新型工业化道路；努力提高服务业比重和水平，加大投入发展服务业的具体完善措施和建议。
[Abstract]:The facts of economic development at home and abroad show that the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure is the only way for a country in the process of industrialization, and it has become the key factor to promote the development of regional economy. For a country's economy to achieve stable and coordinated economic development has important significance. The economic growth of our country is the unbalanced growth brought by the change of industrial structure. How to deal with the reasonable upgrading and transformation of industrial structure is a problem that any country or region must pay attention to. With the development of economy, the total output of national economy is increasing, and the problem of disharmony between industrial structure and economic development is becoming more and more obvious. With regard to the importance of upgrading industrial structure, the research on the whole or provincial region has been gradually matured by Chinese scholars. In recent years, the problem of county economy has become a hot issue in the economic circles of our country, and most of the national economy and population are within the scope of county economy. The study of county economy and its industrial structure has important realistic basis in our country. This paper analyzes and summarizes the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure in Puyang County from the following parts. The details are as follows: First of all, the introduction part, the domestic and foreign related industrial structure upgrade theory, the industrial structure transformation law literature review, systematically summarizes the domestic and foreign influence industrial upgrading factor and the related optimization adjustment suggestion; The research method of the relationship between economic development and industrial structure is deeply understood, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of industrial structure in Puyang County. Secondly, the core part of this paper, through the actual investigation and analysis, the specific situation of Puyang County and the favorable conditions of the transition are introduced, and then combined with qualitative and quantitative methods, Based on the analysis of the overall upgrading and upgrading of the industrial structure in Puyang County, the paper draws a conclusion that the evolution of the industrial structure in Puyang County basically accords with the law of the evolution of the industrial structure. The transformation from agriculture to industrialization has been realized, but the transformation of industrial structure has not been completed, it is still in the stage of industry priority development, the development of tertiary industry is insufficient, and there is still a lot of room for upgrading the internal industrial structure. Then the empirical analysis of the economic relationship between each industry and Puyang County shows that there is a non-mutual restriction relationship between the three industries and economic growth, and Granger causality test is carried out on the interaction between industries. It is found that the development of the secondary industry can promote the development of the first and third industries, and the transformation of the industrial structure still depends on the development of the second industry. Through the econometric regression model analysis, compared with the contribution of the output of the first and third industries to the economic growth, The industrial output contributes the most to the economic growth of Puyang County, but the unit production benefit is not high, and the unit production efficiency of the tertiary industry is not high. Finally, according to the current situation and empirical analysis of Puyang County, the paper summarizes the specific problems in the process of industrial structure upgrading and transformation, at the same time, puts forward to promote the agricultural industrialization and the overall development of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery industry, and to improve the production efficiency of the secondary industry. Take a new road of industrialization, strive to raise the proportion and level of service industry, increase investment in the development of service industry specific measures and suggestions.
