共同富裕与贫富差距的和解：深化我国收入分配改革

【摘要】：党的十八大报告中指出，发展中国特色社会主义，必须坚持走共同富裕道路。要坚持社会主义基本经济制度和分配制度，调整国民收入分配格局，加大再分配调节力度，着力解决收入分配差距较大问题，使发展成果更多更公平惠及全体人民，朝着共同富裕方向稳步前进。改革开放30多年来，我国经济取得了前所未有的发展。然而我国贫富差距却不断拉大，，带来了一系列社会问题，这与共同富裕的目标背道而驰，同时也成为社会社会主义和谐社会中的不和谐因素。因此，寻求化解二者之间矛盾的路径，才能真正实现社会主义和谐社会。而引起矛盾的原因是多方面的，其中主要的原因是收入分配的问题。所以，我认为深化收入分配改革，是共同富裕与贫富差距的和解之路。本文先从马克思主义和西方的收入分配理论入手，试图探寻理论支撑。马克思主义理论部分主要介绍了马克思主义的基本分配理论以及分配公平观和正义观。西方收入分配理论包括古典主义、新古典主义和当代西方经济学的理论。在分析了理论目标共同富裕的理念和当代中国价值后，用实证方法客观阐述了当前贫富差距不断拉大的现实困境，并从体制性、制度性、政策性和个体方面分析了原因，阐述了产生的影响。最后指出深化收入分配改革是理论和现实矛盾的和解之路，并从不同的角度分析了收入分配改革的现实路径选择。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party pointed out that to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must adhere to the road of common prosperity. We should adhere to the socialist basic economic system and distribution system, readjust the pattern of distribution of national income, intensify the readjustment of redistribution, and strive to solve the problem of wide income distribution gap, so that more and more equitable results of development can benefit all the people. We are moving steadily in the direction of common prosperity. Over 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economy has made unprecedented development. However, the gap between the rich and the poor in China has been widening, which has brought a series of social problems, which runs counter to the goal of common prosperity and has also become a disharmonious factor in the harmonious society of social socialism. Therefore, only by seeking ways to resolve the contradiction between the two, can the socialist harmonious society be realized. The causes of contradictions are various, among which the main reason is the problem of income distribution. Therefore, I believe that deepening the reform of income distribution is the road to reconciliation between common wealth and the gap between rich and poor. This article starts with Marxism and western income distribution theory, and tries to explore the theoretical support. The part of Marxist theory mainly introduces the basic distribution theory of Marxism and the view of distributive fairness and justice. Western income distribution theory includes classicism, neoclassicism and contemporary western economics theory. After analyzing the theory goal of common prosperity and the value of contemporary China, this paper objectively expounds the realistic dilemma of the widening gap between the rich and the poor, and analyzes the reasons from the aspects of system, system, policy and individual. The influence is expounded. Finally, it points out that deepening the reform of income distribution is the way to reconcile the contradiction between theory and reality, and analyzes the realistic path choice of income distribution reform from different angles.
