河北省碳排放影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】：碳排放量过快增长带来的直接后果就是全球变暖与气候变化异常,从而给全球社会带来灾难性影响。当前低碳发展是一种必然的历史趋势,已成为世界发展的主旋律,由于中国能源空间分布差异和经济区域发展水平差距很大,各省域的能源消耗与碳排放量也存在着很大的差异。因此,河北省在践行国家的减排政策前要根据自身的实际排放状况,合理分解碳排放目标,才能更好的促进中国低碳经济的可持续发展。河北省目前的发展模式处于以工业为主导的阶段,能源消耗量大,利用效率较低,论文将重点放在河北省发展低碳经济的影响因素分析及其影响程度上,通过参考大量文献,将研究河北省目前的碳排放与经济发展之间存在怎样的发展关系以及河北省碳排放的影响因素,而这些效率指标对总量指标的贡献程度以及解释程度是如何分布的?当前河北省低碳发展的政策是否对于二氧化碳排放真正效果?该论文研究的目的是探究影响河北省二氧化碳排放量变化的成因、效应以及对策。通过对历史及现状进行深入分析,提出了有针对性的政策建议,最终降低河北省二氧化碳排放总量和人均碳排放量,实现环境与经济增长的协调发展。首先论文提出了研究的问题、研究背景,阐述了研究目的和意义,介绍了论文的主要内容、研究方法和思路,又详细总结了相关文献研究内容;通过数据分析,研究了河北省碳排放现状及演变特征,结合河北省的实际发展状况以及相关低碳经济政策,主要研究人口因素、经济发展水平因素以及技术水平因素等三方面对碳排放的影响,分析探讨二氧化碳排放量同经济扩张之间的关系。基于STIRPAT模型利用计量经济学的方法对各个碳排放影响因素进行定量分析,确定碳排放中各因素对碳排放的影响大小,使用变量方差分解法,探讨文章各影响因素的碳排放驱动方向,依据效果导向,再对河北省推行的政策进行分类研究,结合河北省的实际发展状况提出相关的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The direct consequence of the rapid increase in carbon emissions is global warming and climate change anomalies, which have disastrous effects on the global community. The current low-carbon development is an inevitable historical trend and has become the main theme of the world development. Due to the difference in the spatial distribution of energy in China and the gap in the level of regional economic development, The energy consumption and carbon emissions of the provinces are also very different. Therefore, Hebei Province in the implementation of national emission reduction policies should be based on their actual emission situation, reasonable decomposition of carbon emission targets, in order to better promote the sustainable development of China's low-carbon economy. The current development model of Hebei Province is dominated by industry, with large energy consumption and low utilization efficiency. This paper focuses on the analysis of the factors affecting the development of low-carbon economy in Hebei Province and its impact degree, and by referring to a large number of documents, the paper focuses on the analysis of the factors affecting the development of low-carbon economy in Hebei Province and its impact degree. The purpose of this paper is to explore the causes, effects and countermeasures of carbon dioxide emissions in Hebei Province. Based on the analysis of history and present situation, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to reduce the total carbon dioxide emission and the per capita carbon emission in Hebei Province, and to realize the coordinated development of environment and economic growth. First of all, the paper put forward the research questions, research background, the purpose and significance of the study, introduced the main content of the paper, research methods and ideas, and summarized the relevant literature research content in detail, through the data analysis, This paper studies the current situation and evolution characteristics of carbon emissions in Hebei Province, combined with the actual development situation of Hebei Province and related low-carbon economic policies, mainly studies the three factors, such as population factors, economic development level factors and technology level factors, which affect carbon emissions. The relationship between carbon dioxide emissions and economic expansion is analyzed. Based on the STIRPAT model, the quantitative analysis of the factors affecting carbon emissions is carried out by econometrics, and the influence of each factor on carbon emissions is determined, and the variance decomposition method is used. This paper probes into the driving direction of carbon emission of various influencing factors, according to the effect orientation, classifies the policies carried out in Hebei Province, and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions according to the actual development situation of Hebei Province.
